Currently sitting in the drive thru. Ordered fries, onion rings and a coke and it's been 18 minutes and counting. Quite possibly the slowest drive thru experience I've ever had. This place sucks!

I visited the drive-thru at 2 a.m. it wasn't busy tonight, so I was thankful. I gave my order: sm onion ring, oreo shake, km dbl chsburger no pickles w barqs,whp Jr duo w bac/chs both sandwiches but no pickles and no lettuce. We pull up to the window, and there is no one anywhere. She was in the back somewhere. Around 30 minutes later she came to the window with our food. She could have been the only one there, making all of the food, but it was all cold, and the milkshake was melted. To us as customers, she really came across as she was under the influence of some kind of substance.
What a sad excuse for a Burger King. I only come here because it’s right by work, but damn I regret it every time. Staff is so rude and slow. Waited in a long drive thru line for a SINGLE CHEESEBURGER mobile order and they really tried to ask me to back up and come to the lobby??? For ONE cheeseburger???? And then when I told them no and they said “okay come to the window” they repeated to ask me AGAIN at the window to go inside… of course I said no. lol what a joke.

Rudest guy at the window this morning. Just stuck his arm out to give me my drink, then handed me the bag. Never made eye contact. Looked passed off. He never said a word, just walked away after the food was given to me.
