Ordered food from this location a few times over the last 6 months and because of my schedule it’s usually between 2-4 am. Every time this location has turned a 10 min task into an hour long one. There’s either a severe staff shortage for the overnight crew or they’re just not doing their jobs. I’ve had a few people tell me this location has been well below standard for some time but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not any more. I’d avoid this location outside the hours of 12-6pm outside of that the service drops significantly

They had a human cashier take my order she was very friendly I only had two people working during rush hour plus the manager and got me my food in less than a minute. Keep up the good work Burger King by having human cashiers there's no way I want to ring up my own stuff.

Understaffed issues with the drive-through speakers. I waited for 10 minutes with nobody talking to me. Only to back up and then have the order be taken of a guy that drove in right after me leaving like it's a drive-through it's not impossible guys figure it out.
This place is an absolute joke. I have lived near this burger king for almost two years now and countless times after work, we've gone to the drive through to get food and they constantly tell us that they're switching over drawers, and they're not available to take our order or they don't answer at all and will sit there for five to ten minutes, and no one ever answers.... I wonder how much revenue they lose by the idiot's working at night not taking orders.

Had a good experience, lead was very professional and the worker attending us at the drive through was very helpful. Simple mistake made but they handled it well. No issues with the food nor the service. I see the bad reviews however those 2 staff members can surely make a difference.

This happened two times! Late dinner @ this location. First excuse manager or supervisor 🤔 stated I let my employee took a break. We waiting 20 minutes without no apologize. Today @8/1/2005! Time 10:34pm. We got food @11:44pm. This time Africa american apologized.
