I came at night when the restaurant was a little busy and I must say ..I was greeted with the most energetic and amazing person named Kat and she took my order correct even repeated it back to me to Ensure that it was made to perfection and when she told me the total of my order she then proceeded to explain that she is a bit busy and a little short handed but that my order would be made hot and in a timely matter and by goodness she did just that and when I arrived to the window she had the biggest smile on her face and made me feel like I was the most important person in the world and her customer service is absolutely amazing....I will definitely be returning I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS YOUNG LADIES ENERGY AND HER PERSONALITY.... GREAT HIRE ON THIS ONE GUYS SHE'S A BREATH OF FRESH AIR

Just went thru the drive thru 1/4/25 & the girl that helped me as absolutely lovely! She asked how my evening was & then gave my daughter & myself crowns & she did not mess up my order! I know it seems stupid but I loved her energy & she deserves to be recognized for her lovely personality. I wish I got her name..

Good neighborhood location with fast friendly service. Got a Honey Mustard Royal Crispy Wrap. It was good. Update: Got a Whopper. It was very good. Update: Got a cheeseburger. It was good.

A light skinned girl with black wavy ponytail dropped my sandwich when RETURNED for being made wrong and served me the same sandwich after promising to remake it. When I asked for refund , she did not give me receipt and the Fish was made too fast to have been remade too when she walked around to my car through the drive way . They did not apologize for making the order wrong or dropping it. When I called for manager they blocked my phone number even though we didn’t have a confrontation.

On 12/9/24 at 7:27pm, my family and I entered the drive thru for the lady on the speaker to put us on hold for 10min.We eventually ordered our food to wait at the window then asked to move to the front of the store to wait for our food. We waited about 20 minutes. Finally got home to find a NASTY BLUE bandaid in my sons kids' meal. I called the restaurant for the manager to shout over me and was very rude! We went back to the store for a refund to find out the Night Manager Danielle cut her finger prior to us ordering, that's why we were "on hold" for ten minutes. She did say she is working with young kids and that she got on her staff to try and see who put the bandaid in the bag. She also told us she is the ONLY one wearing a blue bandaid. Wow! We wasted our time and money to a rude night manager!!! We will never come here again!

They literally are never taking orders! No matter what time we come thru here. It could be 12 midnight. It could be 2 am. 11 pm . It's ridiculous. You can't always be doing a system update. Or your card reader is down. It's ridiculous.

They advertise the drive through as being open 24 hours but 3 times now I've gone there and the drive through blocked with cones and the restaurant dark and closed. They will probably blame being unable to hire enough people, but it's more likely its incompetent management.
