Terrible service. They forgot the mozzarella sticks and then finally brought them out and they were old and overcooked and not even the right color. The impossible burger tasted funny as if it were cooked in week old oil. They forgot sweet and sour and marinara sauces. The cheesy tots were also old and overcooked. Should I go on ....smh!!! Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever.

Went to this Burger King after a long walking Halloween night with my little ones. They worked up an appetite stopped by for a couple burgers. I ordered, I go to the window to pay, cashier says " oh they are going to make you order fresh, please pull to the side and they will bring your order right out" Ohhh Kay, I go and park get my food come home, open my kid's burger to see 4 different cut size patties under the bun. I was to tired to go back, and for what another whopper the same way? I ordered 4 whoppers and this one was bad. I Will not ever go there again.

Love this Burger King!! The restaurant is always clean and the employees are super nice! Their jungle gym is the cleanest I've ever seen and I am comfortable letting my 4 kids play their especially during the summer time and winter. Jay I believe is the manager and he is amazing, whenever I have issue, which is hardly ever, he takes care of it immediately. Talk about customer service!! Thank you guys for always taking care of my family!

Just really disappointed today. I woke up really early, and around 11 I finally fell to hunger. After deliberating with myself for an hour, I decided to go to the local Burger King. I'll save most of the details, the food was just terrible. My nuggets were cold and tough, and my burger tasted like my moms meatloaf, left in the fridge for too long. The two stars is because the staff is so nice, they're just not dishing out anything quality except customer service. It's a shame to spend hard earned money on something you can't even finish.

Visited this spot around 10:30 Tuesday night at the drive through. Waited ten minutes for the car in front to get their order placed, then when I pulled up, they asked me to wait a couple minutes before I could even order. I was blocked in or I would have left right then. I waited three minutes with no one coming back to take my order before pulling forward. Another eight minutes for the car in front to get their food, and then I just left behind them. 21 minutes waiting at this place, and I didn't even get to order anything.

Supposedly they open at 6am but on multiple occasions I've attempted to go through the drive thru between 6am and 630am and they never answer. This past time I even saw the door open and employees inside but I guess they just refuse to acknowledge when there's guests in the drive thru. Left without food every time.

This barbecue pork sandwich was an absolute joke look at the picture there's no meat on it there's four pickles and maybe a tablespoon of meat and barbecue sauce it should be shut down

Terrible service. Workers did not know how to comply with a door order. I called the restaurant and the first time it took a minute to answer the second time the phone was ringing for 2 minutes.

So, first off, when people complain about service, they usually complain about the treatment, something we as a consumer can not take a 'photo' of. But this? This is sad and a disgrace to the owner of this franchise. If I can give zero stars, I would have. The french toast is hard, old, cold, and has a foul bleach smell. This restaurant needs to be shut down until it has been inspected by Nevada's state-level food inspector.

Terrible service. Ordered. Whopper with cheese and onion rings. After paying for my order, waited 5 minutes at the window. The girl came to the window as asked my to move around to the front of the store as they had to cook my onion rings. They finally brought my out out to my vehicle. When I got home my Whopper was cold and had no cheese in it. The onion rings were burned. So I basically wasted $7.00 as I just threw it away. This Burger King is horrible. Go anywhere but here.

The young woman working the drive thru was extremely rude. I told her at the end of my order that I wanted onion rings instead of fries. I wasn't sure if she heard me so I repeated myself. She told me she heard me and and asked if that was it so rudely and snapped at me. I was honestly taken back and a bit confused. She aggressively closed the windows when I told her I wanted to cancel my order. I was so shocked and upset for how she spoke to me and how it came out nowhere! It was so confusing.

Went through the drive thru today. Ordered small onion rings and they gave me onion rings mixed with fries. Had to go inside the restaurant to return the old and get a fresh order. Thank you to the employee who apologized and gave me an upgrade.

I've been disappointed at fast food joints service before. This BK has recently deteriorated to the point of being one of the worst I have experienced. Waited 8 minutes at the window for a Whopper while I observed the staff standing around BSing. Go some where else, this BK doesn't want your business...

We stopped in on our way home. Walked in, stood in the order line, never acknowledged, not even a look towards us. Watched 2 employees walk derive thru orders out to the parking lot and back in, still no acknowledgement. We waited another 8 minutes and absolutely nothing. While leaving we noticed 4 cars grin the drive thru waiting. Inside looked very chaotic and unorganized,
