This is the worse drive through I’ve ever been to. I come here all the time at night and there either clean and not open or they take 40 minutes to complete the order which I’m currently waiting for as we speak. The cashier just told me she’s running this place by herself. That’s fantastic.

I don't usually give bad reviews, but this deserves one. Placed an online order. Waited at the drive through window for 10 minutes while they prepared the food that was supposed to be ready - that's kind of how every other online ordering system works. When they finally handed me the food, the shake wasn't ready. I watched 3 employees standing around doing nothing - any one of whom could have been making the shake - while the others were working on the food. But wait, there's more. They couldn't make the shake because they suddenly discovered they were out of chocolate syrup. Again, they could have come to this realization at any time during the 10 minutes they were making the food. So, no shake. Finally, to complete the night, the Whopper with clear instructions for "no mayo" was made - you guessed it - with mayo. There's like a half dozen other places to eat near this BK. Save yourselves a lot of aggravation and eat at any one of them and avoid this place like the plague.

Home of the Whopper? Not today, folks. I ordered two Whoppers from the self-service kiosk, only to be informed moments later that they were fresh out of… Whopper meat. You know, the one thing they need to make a Whopper? It’s like going to a pizzeria and being told, ‘Sorry, no dough today.’ Isn’t this your whole business? I guess it’s just Home of the Mystery Sandwich until further notice.

The WORST location. They say they are 24 hrs but are always closed. They tell me to come back after 3 hours even tho my order was placed online. Employees at night hide inside the store with all lights and menus screens on.

Nearly empty restaurant with less than 10 orders on the screen and it took more than 15 minutes for my friends to get four sandwiches. I wanted to pay in cash so I waited at the counter and was never acknowledged, so I left without food or giving payment when my friends finally received their food. Another woman waited 5 minutes at the counter for a cup she was never given and had to flag down the employee. Front end and back end were loudly cursing at each other when we walked in. Finally, my friends checked the order and half the sandwiches were incorrect.
