Listen to all the 1-2 Star reviews and stay away from this location, I had a negative experience around a year ago but decided to try eating here again and Its worse.
It was fairly busy, so you would expect fresh food, well the fries seemed to be but the burgers clearly had been sitting. Initially I thought they were fresh, but considering how immediately sick I got after eating here tonight, shows that they were likely just warmed up and probably had been sitting for hours.

Great and friendly service but the playroom is for play and does NOT need a TV. They can get that at home. Please consider removing it from the children's play area

Zero starts if I could. Ordered to go inside and forgot about us. Finally asked and blamed the drive thru as the excuse and then ignored us after. The other worker seeing what he did, put our order together.

It's always been a tasty alternative for McDonald's but has gotten expensive like McDonald's has and I may have to ban all fast food burger places at this point

I honestly don't know why the health department in Vegas hasn't shut this place down. I got the Bacon King and some fries here. The sandwich I got wasn't even warm just room temp and the fries were the same. I'm absolutely positive it was this food that made me sick because the only other thing I'd had that day was a glass of V8 juice from MY fridge. By the next morning I was suffering intense intestinal distress which continued for several days, enough to keep me bedridden, and in hindsight I probably should have gone to the hospital. I don't know how clean this place is or how long they leave their food sitting around but mine definitely wasn't fresh and gave me a very bad case of food poisoning. Avoid this place at all costs.

Pretty sad that your location is the only location not excepting mobile orders at this . It's 1856 hrs . Oh well , owners loss !!!!
When you have more one star reviews than any other restaurant not only does corporate need to take a look at you but the health department needs to take a look at you. If the food and the staff are at poor quality, then the restaurant is probably poor as well for food safety standards. Our whole order was wrong, the burgers tasted off and really salty. The fries were warm and stale and no salt at all. I'll definitely be getting in contact with corporate and the health department to investigate this location.

Today in the morning I ordered a plate with everything and they don’t give me what I ordered when I asked the cashier he was so rude unrespecful very bad customer service I left the food there so bad

This is the worse drive through I’ve ever been to. I come here all the time at night and there either clean and not open or they take 40 minutes to complete the order which I’m currently waiting for as we speak. The cashier just told me she’s running this place by herself. That’s fantastic.
