i came and ordered food. i specifically asked for everything to be fresh. as soon as i get the the window they handed me food. and i asked if it was fresh. the bag wasn't even warm. i tired to call 3 different times. just now and they won't even answer the phone. all my food is cold. and tastes old as if it's from this morning. i want my money back and will be coming up there.

Stop by yesterday afternoon around 3ish. Went thur drive thur. The lady on the speaker was so pleasant and polite. And was curious to who she was. Got to the window. She was a short black lady with glasses. No badge. But tell her she blessed me with nothing but her energy alone. She's the sweetest lady. Very polite. Excellent customer service also....Burger King has a good one for sure. And my food was hot and fresh....
