Stop by yesterday afternoon around 3ish. Went thur drive thur. The lady on the speaker was so pleasant and polite. And was curious to who she was. Got to the window. She was a short black lady with glasses. No badge. But tell her she blessed me with nothing but her energy alone. She's the sweetest lady. Very polite. Excellent customer service also....Burger King has a good one for sure. And my food was hot and fresh....
The Gentleman who took my order at the counter today really made my day! He was friendly and smiling and really seemed to be happy to be there. The Whopper is always good, but be sure to give the cheesy tots a try.

Recently I ordered bacon cheese burger and crispy chicken sandwich at 5200 W. Charleston. Upon arriving the waiters struggle to understand my order, apparently she doesn't even know what is in their menu or understand English clearly. After 10 mins explaining my order, she went to take my order and take another 10 mins to finally give it to me. When I looked inside the bag it seem she got it right, so I drove back home, but when I opened the burger, what I get was a cheap regular cheese burger instead of bacon cheese burger. There is no bacon, tomato and pickle. I'm so pissed but it wasn't worth it to drive back to BK to correct the mistake. BK need to hire people that's at least understand some basic English beside their native language

I ordered a whopper with onion rings and a strawberry milkshake. Whopper was basically all bread. It seemed like the bun was wheat , hardly any lettuce, severely lacked flavor. The only thing I really tasted was the wheat bun, the onion rings were even stail plus, they didn't give me any zesty sauce so I couldn't make the horrible stail flavor, and lastly the strawberry milkshake syrup wasn't even stirred into the milkshake all the way. Definitely wasn't a fan. I guess if you're starving it'll probably be good cause at that point any thing is good. But the staffed seemed pretty nice which made the atmosphere decent.
