Great food! Appetizers are good portions with the Beef Tartare being my favorite. Get the Break Bread, you love it! The Chicago Clam Chowder was an interesting twist on Clam Chowder and I liked it a lot.
The Zabuton steak was very tasty and done a perfect medium rare. The sausage rigatoni was very good too!
Service was attentive and quick. Noise level was a bit high but it's a sign of a busy steakhouse and guests enjoying themselves.

Had a wonderful dinner only a couple days after opening. The entire table raved about the steak. The pork chop was delicious, dessert a perfect finish. The dining room is well designed, and the pricing is remarkably well considered. A level of value rarely found in Las Vegas at this caliber.”

We visited B&T Christmas Eve. From the beginning to the end of our time there was all 5 star. We started with the peanut butter bacon, chz stk egg rolls , dirty rice, hamachi crudo. We took an extra order of bacon home for Xmas breakfast, all starters amazing. Entrees were Filet cooked perfectly and like butter, scallops perfect, and the sausage rigatoni was one of a kind pasta , delish. I almost forgot about the Rockefeller spinach and the Mac&Chz. We took home to go bags. The desert is too amazing to describe. We tryed 1/2 of the desert menu and it was great. We really enjoyed our time there, the staff is all super kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back

We’ve dined at some of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas over the years And this restaurant matches all of them. The service was exceptional. The food was some of the best we’ve ever had, absolutely delicious. We can’t wait to come back , definitely on my go to restaurant list when I have out-of-town guest.

First thing I’ll say is disregard the negative reviews about service or attitude.
This experience was 10/10 from the moment we walked in the door until we left to the parking lot.
We were greeted with a smile and sat immediately.
Service staff was at the table instantly and gave us menus and asked our drink preferences.
We were asked if we have dined here previously and when we said no we had a full explanation of the menu and options.
We sought suggestions and advice about the menu from our waiter (I think William was his name) and he absolutely nailed it. He guided us perfectly through our choices.
The food was phenomenal. We started with the sour cream and onion bread and it delivered. The steaks were amazing. Cooked to perfection and supremely tasty. The 5 cheese mac and cheese was outstanding as well.
Give it a shot. You will not be disappointed.

An incredible new addition to a great neighborhood! Unique cuts of meat, great cocktails and incredible service. The banana cream pie is a must as well as the cheesesteak egg rolls!! Atmosphere is friendly, warm and interior is beautiful!!
