I booked a room with a king bed and pre paid a deposit. When I got to the hotel it showed my reservation for a king bed and the self check in gave us our keys and room assignment. Upon getting to the room, the room had 2 double beds. I used the phone in the room to call down to the front desk, I had to wait over 15 min for someone to answer. The woman informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that my reservation for a king bed was not guaranteed. I knew what she told me...
It was a good surprise as it was only for one night and the cheapest of my trip. Good location- monorail station- nice and helpful staff, AZ8 well as professional ?. Online check in and out, thanks to everyone!
We stayed here during a family trip in August. My parents had booked rooms at Paris, so my wife and I chose to stay at Horseshoe since rooms were cheaper but the properties were still connected. With the money we were saving, we chose to go a little nice on the room aspect and went with the Resort Executive Suite for about the same price as my parents paid to stay in a standard king room at Paris.
