Rude unprofessional lady at desk
How she works wit people is mind boggling
It was my first time betting with William hill inside the Rio Las Vegas. I Decided to go away from bet mgm and try something new. There is an older African American woman whom I believe is in her 60-70s whom I placed my bet withFirst thing the host tells you is YOU have to satate Money line if money line.I asked that all my bets be money line. Paid my 100 dollars. Printed the ticket, folded it put it in my pocket and went about my day watched sports all day nervously and anxiously and I won. Atleast I thought I did.when I came back later happier then ever ready to collects my winnings, I was the First one in line excited everything had went smooth. It turns out the employee had made a mistake. Employee agreed that it was an employee mistake but they refused to pay me and sent me away. This was the ticket the 6 leg parlay which lost due to the employee clicking spread instead of money line. It's hard as it is to hit a parlay. then when you got someone who clicks the wrong thing. I asked them to check the cameras and they refused. They made me call customer service and they just sent me to hell as well. Those cameras are casino cameras you would clearly be able to see and read my lips. They sent me to hell. They said it was 50 percent my fault, 50 percent theres For not double checking. The host speaks English You come to professionals and ask them to do their job.I'm beginning to suspect they make mistakes like this on purpose due to the head employee stating it was a common thing with "that particular employee"! I won't be playing with them until they decide to make it right and I will use other sports betting. and I'd never speak negative on an innocent persons name or dare to get a person in any trouble , And they probably won’t even bat an I since she saved them that bet but that lady owes me 1400 dollars and or William hill.Long story short don’t use William hill they hire incompetent employees.2nd check your ticket because they are either doing shady business or they have brain farts. Thoroughly check your ticket after the writing is small on your receipt.

This was one of my favorite sports books in Vegas but since ownership changed it's just not the same. I still stop by once a week because I like all the people that work there from the management, ticket writers and the wait staff but it's just dead all the time now. If you have never been there you should check it out only when football is on TV and should have a good time. Hopefully the new owners tier match so all the old clientele comes back. We'll see ?

Trash, plain and simple. Not a good vibe sports book vibe like across the street at Gold Coast or better places like Westgate or Circa. Empty and void, so it’s best to avoid.
Great place to enjoy games !

No real restaurants. It's either smash burger or you're paying $50 for food with no taste. The sports book said their system was down. Its 4th quarter of the Super Bowl. I wouldn't trust this sports book. Seems like something shady is going on.
Took a long time to get our food. Came out room temperature at best. Chicken quesadilla was painfully bland, like they somehow removed all of the usual flavours from the cheese and chicken. Philly cheesesteak was also extremely bland. This restaurant is as disappointing and overpriced as the hotel it is in.
