We went for our annual Vegas trip and like to try different hotels. The staff were very friendly and for that I'm giving the two stars, otherwise it would be one. The room was really small and there was silverfish in the bathroom. There was tape on the ceiling, stains on the lampshades and they were outdated and pillowcases had rips in it. The room was dusty and the bathroom soap dispensers didn't look clean, and there was hair in the shower upon our arrival. Our phone didn't work, the tv had a delay and at times the remote didn't work. The pool was closed. There was no discount for any of these issues. To catch a ride share it was in an odd place with a flooded parking lot. Nothing like getting your feet soaked.

Worst possible seating arrangement ever. photos online are not what the actual place is. the bar area got cut in half and the atmosphere is terrible. The price for the seats combined with the terrible service is so not worth it. PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. stay away at all costs

This is a disgusting hotel, that is nearly 100% automated. Depressing airport/mall combo vibes with clientele to match. Customer service here is nonexistent, you check in on a kiosk. They don't want you calling (they say to text them), you check out in the TV with a remote that barely works. Bathroom was nasty- all the soap and stuff looked disgusting, and the toilet seat was yellowed and broken. AVOID parking on higher levels of their poorly designed parking deck or you will be stuck an hour waiting to get out.

Update: I originally had one star for what happened last night but everything worked out this morning: On checking out they explained the charges are dropped and it will return to my account within 3/5 business days. Only issues I had was they had said the rooms were overbooked but we did get a room that was really nice. Staff and front desk was nice. The casino is nice I would of stayed here instead but booked elsewhere but this place is really nice too. My first time staying here. The rooms are clean, bathrooms clean I was so tired from the 8 hrs in the car and then told there's no rooms is going to be upsetting for anyone! I'm glad everything worked out. I would recommend this place. Maybe just call ahead to make sure, but in the end it worked out! I had to repost because I realized I posted on the wrong linq page. So they said they were overbooked! I booked online through hotels.com for one night because I had reserved a couple of nights elsewhere. We ended up leaving on Friday instead to give us an extra day! It's 3/30 am and I'm told we have to "wait" because the rooms have been overbooked. We drove 8hrs straight from the Bay Area and just want to sleep. I have reservations at another hotel for Saturday but we drove down today because we wanted to have a day to do stuff before my training Sunday Im tired and just want to go to sleep. Just going to leave and sleep in the car and see if I can do an early check in at the other hotel since their check in is not until 3pm. By the time we get a room we will have to check out at 11 am. How do you over book and they should of at least contacted us to let us know this. They finally got a room for us. When I was about to leave the man who was talking to us asks for my name, writes it down on a sticky note and says he will be back. When he comes back he says we have a room for you. They charged my card 3X when I got to the room I saw on my bank statement I was charged 3X The guy at the front desk had said that his reader was not working so he had the girl next to him charge me on her reader! I'm so tied and fed up I willl deal with it in the morning when I get up. I would of given 5 stars because the room is really nice. That I give 5 stars we are on the 20th floor and the room is really nice and clean! I give one stars because my card was over charged. Hotels.com already took one payment out and it said the hotel will take out one more payment. You guys charged me 3X It says resort fee 50.96 but you guys charged me 57.71 and then 2 charges of 37.59 for what?? Phone does not work in the room! TV's we're on when we got in and the room was freezing- the air conditioner was on. With the over charge that's going to take a while to get refunded back to my account! The room is definitely spacious and clean and nice. From what I saw the casino looked nice as well but I was so tired I didn't really pay attention at 3 something in the morning So.. it's 9:12 am and the phone to our room does not work to call the front desk! I called the number on the website and they told me they can not help me to go downstairs and also gave me a number to call about billing!

I did come back again 3 years later and just stayed at The Linq. Its almost exactly the same as last time. I was more familiar with the property and District 2 King Room was way better and not that far to walk from the main lobby. I still got a room right by the elevators,, again! what luck! The bed was clean and comfortable. The lamps were dirty and have stains. Like they've never been clean. The bathroom/shower are nice and clean. The Uber, still a nightmare. every hotel on the strip. The Linq makes it a egghunt to find where they pick you up at! If you're not experienced, you will get so confused. They make you cross thru a street on the lower level of the hotel where I almost got hit by a car walking over to their Uber pickup spot! This is a huge downside for me. A lot of food options being they are on the Promenade. I tried Guy Fieri's place and the food was subpar really. The only thing Linq has going for it, Location. That's it.

We stayed at the LINQ overnight. I am surprised to say that the experience was great. When we arrived we parked in the self parking spot. We paid to park at the time of reservation. Your room key allowed for unlimited access into the self Parking lot. The only recommendation regarding parking is to invest in visible signs directing you to the underground parking from the STRIP. When we entered it was fairly easy to navigate. The parking lot is far from the front desk. We used the kiosk to check in. The kiosk provided us our room keys and we were on our way. Our room was located on the Fifth floor. It was very quiet. There was no view, but because we were there for such a short stay we didn't care. We paid for a king size suite. The room was very nice and fitting for our stay. There was a mini fridge located under the sink. There was a wall dividing the bedroom from the living room, which was fine. The bathroom was very nice. Water pressure was good, dispensers were full, and overall the bathroom was clean. In fact, the entire room was clean. I brought Clorox wipes and when I wiped the surface areas they were free of dust. The only recommendation is to have a microwave. As mentioned in previous reviews, The LINQ feels like the central part of the strip. Linq has a promenade adjacent to the property. We went to margarita Ville and a dessert spot that was tasty. Inside the hotel are two bars, a few eateries, and Hash A Go Go breakfast joint. We used the kiosk to check out. Hold on to your room key so that you can exit the parking structure when you leave. Overall, I was surprised by the experience and would come again.

On our three previous trips to Las Vegas, we stayed at Flamingo (2017), and Bally's (2018, 2019), which is now known as Horseshoe. For our 2023 trip to Vegas we stayed at LINQ, and while it's nothing special, it's a good, solid hotel -- much better than Flamingo. The room was quiet, there was a mini fridge in the room (which came in very handy), and we didn't experience any issues. I'd definitely stay again. We recently stayed at the Linq for the first time. The reason we chose the Linq was because of it's location and the pricing. Usually cheaper price hotels on the strip are dog houses (I'm talking about you Excalibur, Circus) but the Linq is actually a good value for your $. It's not a large hotel, I would probably say it's about the same size as Park MGM. Just enough casino space and bars to make it entertaining. Although we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room, the rooms were decent and the mattress was just standard. A slept okay but it wasn't like I felt like a King. There's a couple of food options, but there's no "food court" per say. They have a couple of pizza & cake vending machines which were interesting but I never tried it. The good thing though is you literally have the Linq Plaza next door with plenty of options so you don't really need much inside. Gaming wise, we did most of ours at O'Sheas which is inside the link, they had the better tables and machines IMO. In terms of check-in it's all through kiosks. I did have an issue with a 2 room reservation because the kiosk getting giving me keys for just 1 room but a nearby attendant was able to assist. Parking wise, you do have to enter/exit from the back and the garage is fairly small but we were able to come and go without any issue since we linked the parking to our room. After you exit the first time with your room key and they grab your plate number, coming and going was a breeze after that. Overall, I would stay here again. You can't beat the location or the price.

Avoid AVOID avoid this place. Positives are the beds are comfy the pillows are great. That's it!! The rooms are bad My bed was broke the heater/ac was so loud that I couldn't sleep with it on. I wanted to check out early and they charged $50 (inconvenience fee) and let's not all about the parking Can't say it enough AVOID FUK THIS PLACE

So disappointed and disgusted with my stay this past weekend. First, upon checking in, I was enjoying at a drink at the bar with my sisters & the security guards would not let up with "making sure we 21". They asked us 3 times in a matter of 1.5 hours. We let it slide because my group did look young, and I get it. With that being said, this is disgusting. After a long day I came back and pulled back the blankets to discover this blood stain on the sheets. It was 2 am and I had to wake up at 5 for a flight so I ended up sleeping on top of the blankets cold as hell. Do better!

If I could give this place a negative zero I would. I surprised my bf with his first vegas trip. I initially had two nights booked I'm so glad I cancelled one. The room looked like it in a dingy closet. When we walked it we saw the bed was broken and slanted, the front of it was peeling, bed sheets stained. The lamp on the night stand was broken looked like it was stepped on. Behind the bed frame we saw some wire sticking out it was from the burnt light strip Believe me it gets worse the whole sink was detached from the wall any weight on it it could have fallen off!!! Ruined our trip

****SCAM ALERT****TLDR: the price they promise you is not true, add $600 minimum.Alright so you wanna book at this fraudulent sports book, well read this first.Me and the boys are having a great weekend watching some NFL games. We booked a table here at $650 ($720 after taxes and fees) with the promise and explanation that $600 would go towards food/beverage credit. This belief was further confirmed by our waitress upon arrival. We enjoyed our time and the game. However, then the bill comes. Our waitress further explains that our bill is no big deal, we have the credit we only owe whatever over the credit is. We double check.. SHE IS A LIAR our $650 was a RENTAL price our food/beverage minimum is $600 ADDITIONAL. We spent $1250 to sit on a couch and drink (which we paid for).We talked to the “manager” DAVID KING (assistant beverage manager) who told us he has a masters degree and we’re S.O.L. (that’s not a joke/hyperbole).End of the day, a great day turned into a scam swindle by a vegas (Caeser’s) casino that just had to screw over the little people best they could.Do NOT book here, you’ll absolutely regret it.

We do a guys trip every year to Vegas for the NFL divisional weekend of playoffs. Last year we reserved at table for 4 ahead of time. At that time we paid $250 for the table as a food and beverage minimum we had to spend. This year we booked a space for 5 guys worth $650 online. Our waitress Laurie was very attentive but failed to mention for the 8 hours we sat there that in addition to our $650 “reservation fee” that we would an additional $600 as our food and beverage minimum. No where on the website does it say this. Assistant manager David was not able to assist with misleading booking info on the website. Throughout our experience Laurie consistently asked us to leave a good review and went to far to even advise us that the previous reviews were one off experiences and that we would not experience the same things previous reviews suggested. Turns out we were getting the same experience that all the reviews suggest. 100% beware of this place. There are many other places on the strip to enjoy games and gamble. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. We are not looking for a handout but simply looking for the actual cost of the experience to be displayed on the website and not avoided when we explicitly ask the minimum as it suggest we do on the website. Laurie and David were not of assistance. Good luck
