I enjoyed the place so much. The manager, food was good nice family atmosphere. I will do it again manager. She was so nice and the server they were so professional.

The restaurant is located on the 6th floor at the base of the condo tower. The amenities surpass that of the hotel. Palms Place pool can only be used by hotel guests but Palms Place guests can use either pool.

Casey, the bartender, was enjoyable. He is makes a great cocktail, and made us feel like we were special. Food was fine so it was the service that would inspire us to return.

Unless you're spending the day at the Palms Place pool don't go out of your way (literally out of you way down the long elevated corridor from the Palms Casino to this restaurant) to eat here. The food was average, the service unpolished, and overall menu selections were uninspiring. The best part of the meal were the cocktails. We chose the location as it was close to the Pearl venue where were were going afterwards to see a concert.

Great atmosphere and the bartenders Sara and Jeleesa were super friendly and easy to talk to. The classic burger was amazing.

I had a birthday dinner booked for 8pm on April 30th at Laguna Pool House & Kitchen. We arrived a bit early and the place was completely empty—we were literally the only guests there. We ordered food, and just minutes later (around 8:10pm), staff told us they were closing soon and we had to hurry up. Seriously? We had a confirmed booking! Without even asking, they swapped our proper drink glasses for plastic ones and rushed us out. It completely ruined the birthday dinner experience. If the restaurant wasn't planning to stay open for our reservation, they shouldn't have accepted the booking in the first place. Unprofessional and disappointing.

Eating poolside (indoors and air conditioned, but the glass walls mere feet from the water) on the 6th floor of Palms Place...

Honestly, I have found much of the Vegas food pretty mediocre, but this place was recommended by a friend. FINALLY. A damn good cheeseburger and an even better Korean BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Standard fries. Nice wine selection. And my waitress, Sara, was PHENOMENAL. She is confident, charismatic, and makes you feel like you matter. Hope she's still around when you stop by!

Davion and Sarah at Laguna in the Palm Place Hotel

On April 12, 2025, my husband and I visited Laguna at the Palm Place Hotel around 7 PM, expecting a less-than-stellar experience due to the impending closing time. However, we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by bartenders Davion and Sarah.

From the moment we approached the bar, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Sarah crafted a delicious peach lemon drop cocktail that was both refreshing and expertly made. Meanwhile, Davion ensured that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. Their teamwork was evident as they worked efficiently behind the counter, maintaining a clean and organized environment that adhered to all safety and health codes.

We were particularly impressed by how attentive they were not just to us, but to all customers at the bar. They engaged with everyone in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It was clear they took pride in their work, as they regularly sanitized surfaces, organized the bar, and ensured that all condiments were prepared and ready before our dinner arrived.

Both Davion and Sarah are not only skilled bartenders but also exemplify outstanding customer service. They were well-groomed, knowledgeable about the drink menu, and executed every order flawlessly. It's rare to find such dedication and detail in service, especially compared to our experiences on the Nevada Strip.

We thoroughly appreciated their efforts and will definitely be returning to dine at Laguna again tomorrow evening. I highly recommend seeking out Davion and Sarah for an unforgettable experience. Management should certainly recognize these two for their hard work and exceptional service!

Despite a great atmosphere with a pool next to the tables, I had my worst experience in 3 weeks at the Laguna Pool House & Kitchen. We arrived at 7:30pm and it’s supposed to be to close at 8pm, so that might explain the really poor service we had. We were probably the 3rd table in the full restaurant. We ordered 2 margarita, chips and salsa, salmon and a NY steak for after the drink.

We’ve waited for everything : food and drinks, even with an empty restaurant.

At the end, we had the outrageous ask to have another margarita. Well, that was a mistake. Even if the restaurant was about to close, we had to wait for the barmaid to finish her chat with the only other customers in the restaurant. Another employee had to remind her job or we would have waited even longer.

I was looking for a place for a large group brunch for my wedding party. Palms Concierge helped made the reservation, but I called Laguna myself to confirm details. As a bride I was all over the place but they were SO kind and patient with me. Upon arrival they had a beautiful table set up with views of the pool. The restaurant was beautiful with natural lighting, very clean! My dining party ended up being difficult, with some people showing up an HOUR late, and extra guests. I felt so awful but the staff were so gracious and kind, even when they didn’t have to be. I could not believe the patience and kindness of staff because I was furious!
The food was delicious! Everyone was happy with their meals. Special shout out to the Piña Colada mimosa, I’m still thinking about it. If you’re a mimosa lover they have 10 flavors to choose from. I don’t live in Nevada but I will make a point to return here every time I come to Vegas. Special shout to out to Cierra the manager who went above and beyond.

One of my favorite hidden gems!!! The food and service is always stellar. I love the atmosphere and it definitely has a sophisticated yet chill vibe! Ms. Aretha is fantastic and always makes us feel special when there! Definitely recommend!
