Laguna Pool House & Kitchen

Visited Laguna Pool House and Kitchen several times this summer for weekend brunch. The staff as a whole, and in particular Leo was amazing. This place is a treasure in Las Vegas for tourist and locals alike! If you have not experienced their brunch, you must stop mistreating yourself! 😎 Rio

We recently had a business dinner at the Laguna Pool House and Restaurant. While the food was decent (not exceptional but better than average), the service truly stood out. Aretha was exceptional in taking care of us—her attention to detail and warm hospitality made our evening memorable. I'm very grateful for her amazing service. Highly recommend for a pleasant dining experience.

I love the cocktails and the recommendations…I have been here many times at the Laguna restaurant and I have to say my favorite people here at the bar are Sara (ladies first lol) and Casey! They have taken such great care of me always going beyond and above with recommendations customer service and their kind service and attention they have given me!! Highly recommended 5 ⭐️ and more if I could give more…

Perfectly fine spot for a lunch meeting. Service took quite a while but this was probably due to the business of the convention. The shrimp tacos were good.

I dined here with family on Tuesday 10/1/24, around 5:15pm-ish and we had the best server with a great set of nails with a purple design! I’m sorry I forgot your name but you were friendly, funny, came back often for drink refills, and thank you so much for making sure my chicken salad got the chicken! Lol a simple and understandable oversight on the kitchen’s part, and thank you again to our server for making it easy and fast to get the salad with chicken; she was thoughtful and gave great suggestions! Would highly recommend visiting Laguna Pool House for ambiance, food, and most importantly the wonderful service!

Lovely spot, but the service and food are terrible. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks as the Bartender was chatting with people at the bar so the Server poured our drinks finally, there are only approx 3 main items on the menu and probably the worst shrimp tacos I’ve had, they were not even edible and they didn’t take them off the bill.
The Manager greeted us but seemed clueless of the how terrible things were.

I stayed at palms place this past weekend and the most memorable part were my days at the pool. Both days we went we had an amazing experience and it was solely because of our cocktail server Jaleesa. She was attentive, funny and kept all my guests entertained. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town just for her service and the great poolside views.

This was our second time giving Laguna pool house a try. The first time they forgot about our order, and 45 min later when they remembered, and brought out our food, we found hair in the Burger, the waitress sent it back, and they forgot us again. This time we again ordered hamburgers, medium rare, they came out practically raw, it was really gross and we didn't dare send it back. I barely had a couple of bites and pushed the plate away, the waitress didn't even notice when she picked up our plates, and since it was a casino comp, I decided to just forget about it. On the other hand We ordered a regular Carmel Frappuccino, (which turned out to be more of a macchiato )which is six dollars on the menu, but when we got the bill she charged me nine dollars. I asked her why and she said that that Frappuccino's are double espresso and that how she rings it up. I explained that the menu says Carmel Frappuccino's is only six dollars and she continued to argue with me, stating that is how she always rings it up, but again I Pointed out the menu and $6, she huffed and puffed and agreed to charge only six, like she was doing me a favor. I wonder if everybody is getting this $3 up charge on every Starbucks order and not realizing it,that's a lot of scam money. 

Server was condescending and never checked on us throughout the meal despite the restaurant being almost entirely empty. There were only 3 other tables seated. Food was okay. Overall disappointing experience :(
