Laguna Pool House & Kitchen

I enjoyed the place so much. The manager, food was good nice family atmosphere. I will do it again manager. She was so nice and the server they were so professional.

The restaurant is located on the 6th floor at the base of the condo tower. The amenities surpass that of the hotel. Palms Place pool can only be used by hotel guests but Palms Place guests can use either pool.

Casey, the bartender, was enjoyable. He is makes a great cocktail, and made us feel like we were special. Food was fine so it was the service that would inspire us to return.

Unless you're spending the day at the Palms Place pool don't go out of your way (literally out of you way down the long elevated corridor from the Palms Casino to this restaurant) to eat here. The food was average, the service unpolished, and overall menu selections were uninspiring. The best part of the meal were the cocktails. We chose the location as it was close to the Pearl venue where were were going afterwards to see a concert.

I had a birthday dinner booked for 8pm on April 30th at Laguna Pool House & Kitchen. We arrived a bit early and the place was completely empty—we were literally the only guests there. We ordered food, and just minutes later (around 8:10pm), staff told us they were closing soon and we had to hurry up. Seriously? We had a confirmed booking! Without even asking, they swapped our proper drink glasses for plastic ones and rushed us out. It completely ruined the birthday dinner experience. If the restaurant wasn't planning to stay open for our reservation, they shouldn't have accepted the booking in the first place. Unprofessional and disappointing.

This was an amazing restaurant. Never would've thought that a hotel restaurant can be such a nice place. My husband and I loved this place. The food was amazing. Service was great. The atmosphere is a 10/10. I really recommend this place. It was amazing!!!

Visited Laguna Pool House and Kitchen several times this summer for weekend brunch. The staff as a whole, and in particular Leo was amazing. This place is a treasure in Las Vegas for tourist and locals alike! If you have not experienced their brunch, you must stop mistreating yourself! 😎 Rio

We recently had a business dinner at the Laguna Pool House and Restaurant. While the food was decent (not exceptional but better than average), the service truly stood out. Aretha was exceptional in taking care of us—her attention to detail and warm hospitality made our evening memorable. I'm very grateful for her amazing service. Highly recommend for a pleasant dining experience.

On a VERY busy night at the Palms Casino where wait times for most restaurants were 30 minutes plus and the buffet had a super long line, the Laguna located off the casino floor was a very nice peaceful and quiet alternative. The service was great and the food and drinks delicious. One drawback....it closes at 8 pm.

I love the cocktails and the recommendations…I have been here many times at the Laguna restaurant and I have to say my favorite people here at the bar are Sara (ladies first lol) and Casey! They have taken such great care of me always going beyond and above with recommendations customer service and their kind service and attention they have given me!! Highly recommended 5 ⭐️ and more if I could give more…

Perfectly fine spot for a lunch meeting. Service took quite a while but this was probably due to the business of the convention. The shrimp tacos were good.

My first time there. It's a very nice dining room and bar area. A lot of windows. There are fireplaces. It's really nice. Can't believe I didn't know about this place. The food was good. Prices were decent. The cocktails were amazing. Our server was, Sara, she was great. Very friendly and helpful. Glad I went. I'll definitely go back!

I dined here with family on Tuesday 10/1/24, around 5:15pm-ish and we had the best server with a great set of nails with a purple design! I’m sorry I forgot your name but you were friendly, funny, came back often for drink refills, and thank you so much for making sure my chicken salad got the chicken! Lol a simple and understandable oversight on the kitchen’s part, and thank you again to our server for making it easy and fast to get the salad with chicken; she was thoughtful and gave great suggestions! Would highly recommend visiting Laguna Pool House for ambiance, food, and most importantly the wonderful service!
