Lynn was incredibly friendly and helpful! Rosie at the Rainbow location was welcoming as well. The lox toast and avocado toast we're outstanding as well as the pastries. We're from Minnesota and my kids loved the decor and entire experience!!! We will be back!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I was disappointed about the quality and service with the amount of money that I spent. The cafe is very cute and aesthetic but the service is subpar. The food is overpriced for the amount that you get and the quality. My matcha was tasted great but again the price is a little steep for less than 8 fl oz…. I paid an additional 4$ for bad fruit.

Dear Team, we are on a roadtrip through Utah, Colorado and Arizona and had one night in Las Vegas. I follow Alex on Youtube, we are from a town near Munich, southern Germany. Getting a Latte at one of your locations was one of my have to does. And the Chai Latte was incredibly delicious! May I ask, is there any form of sugar in it? The Team was also very kind. We also stopped at Saint Honoré because my boyfriend loves Baignets. The Team there was also very kind and he liked his Baignets a lot! And I enjoyed my Creme Brulee Donut. Many thanks for the nice experience ☺️

As someone who enjoys exploring and reviewing cafes, I visited Café Lola with high expectations given the hype and premium pricing. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short. The food was below average, and the coffee lacked any distinctive or elevated flavors—it resembled something more akin to basic gas station coffee rather than a specialty café offering.
On a positive note, the environment and décor were visually appealing and added a unique charm to the space. However, my experience was negatively impacted by the uncomfortable atmosphere created by the staff. My partner and I felt that we were being watched and possibly discussed by some employees, which made the visit feel unwelcoming and awkward.
While the ambiance had potential, the quality of the food, drinks, and customer experience did not meet expectations.
