I showed up to this store and read an order from my phone to the worker which said, "Chipotle Glazed salad... etc," which I also ordered for myself and suddenly the worker and the manager were having a stressful situation over their workspace, which made me feel uncomfortable so I left and stood by the register across the room patiently waiting for my salads that were not under my observation being wrongfully made.When I got home, to my surprise I was given 2 Strawberry Harvest salads instead of 2 Chipotle Glaze salads.My girlfriend then called and try to rectify the situation.She called and the worker who made my salad said that I ordered a Strawberry Harvest salad and stood by that no matter the fact that I in fact ordered 2 Chipotle glaze salads.No matter what, my girlfriend said the worker insisted that I in fact ordered the strawberry salads.All they were willing to do was offer a half salad on the house NEXT time we came in instead of fixing THEIR mistake and giving us the food that we ordered in the first place. Truly disappointed.

I'm really frustrated and disappointed right now. my boyfriend went here to order us food and I sent him a text of what I wanted and he read the text off the worker to make sure he got my order right. He ordered two chipotle glazed salads and some other food for us. When he got back I immediately saw my salad was wrong and his was too. I called to see if they would replace the wrong salads with the ones we actually ordered and this is how the conversation went Me: hi my boyfriend just came in and placed an order or two chipotle chicken salads and he was given two strawberry salads. Zupas: oh hi I actually remember him no he ordered the strawberry salad. Me: he said ordered two chipotle salads. zupa: no i remember he ordered strawberry salads. After a few back and forth comments about whether a strawberry or chipotle salad was ordered she went and talked to her manager who only said she would give us a half salad replacement next time we came in instead of for both (a half and a full) right now when we ordered. It's super disappointing because I work customer service and at my job we would've made the situation right no matter what. its unfair that we were unable to get what we ordered because of someone else's mistake.

Worst service ever. I ordered pickup. Waited for 30 min. after I received a txt that my order was done…I could not wait any longer so I left and will try to get a refund. There were about 10 of us waiting for orders yet people who ordered in person kept being served while our orders should have been done. Staff completely ignored take out folks. Very disappointed. I will not come to this location again.I will continue to go to the location off Sunset. It’s run very well & I’ve never had any issues.As I finish writing this I just got another txt that my orders done….1 hour later! Wow!

Good food, high on price for the portion. They were VERY busy during lunch, working on catering and online orders causing in store customers to have to wait extended times. There should be staff working specifically on those orders separate from in person ones.

Whenever we go to Utah, we have to stop at zupas. Because back at Cali, we don't have it. So it's always a must got to place. The Wisconsin soup and bacon avocado club sandwich is the way to go. The secret is you have to dip the sandwich in the soup just trust me and do it you won't be disappointed. Zupas employees always have a smile on their face and are so kind. Would recommend.

Jessica was such a ray of sunshine, she made me feel so welcome! I've never been happier after ordering food. The portions are so good, and the food is always fresh as can be. My highest recommendation is sandwich and salad combo. Pesto Chicken is a must have!
I stopped in here with my sister in law to grab some good food! We were instantly greeted by Jessica who was extremely sweet and bubbly. She showed us the new nourishment bowls, which are DELICIOUS!! We were checked out by Paul who also had an amazing personality and was so kind! We dont live over here, but we wish we did for how amazing we were treated at 12:54pm on March 8th!!

So disappointed unfortunately. Definitely not vegan friendly. They got rid of the tofu and added a new vegan patty sandwich which is cool...but the bread has buttermilk. Vegan means no animal products at all. The only vegan item is the chickpea veggie soup which is amazing. The ambience is relaxing and definitely a comfortable place to eat...but I have to say it's a cool orange and white 3 star experience for a vegan brutha. I am sure non vegans would definitely like enjoy the menu more. Question is will I come back??? We may stop through for the delicious chickpea veggie soup. God bless
