Husband and I went to zuppas for lunch today, and it was very disappointing. I'm taking my business somewhere else, since Zappa's quality of food and customer service is so poor. I hated it!
Grate service food is always fresh and clean the team is very nice taking care of the customers quickly and professionally
Stephanie and the team are amazing. Love it
This was my first time ever trying Cafe zupas.
I ordered the Korean kickball and it was very very delicious.
it was like flavortown in every bite.
I would definitely come back again and try some more bowls.
Love the Mushroom Bisque and the Golden Curry Soup and also the Brisket Grilled Cheese
They had no food and wouldn’t refund my money for the online order.
We prefer Cafe Zupas for a light lunch while in town. This particular visit was a little slow, looks like they were short handed and the manager was doing most of the initial tasks (taking orders, prepping salads, making sandwiches, etc). She was working hard but the lack of staff really slowed things down.
I love this place but today is lacking. The currly haired gentleman ringing up orders is wearing gloves. Not a bad thing but after taking money he comes back and starts a sandwich order, with the same gloves on. He is now prepping the salad are, again with the same gloves on.He was also much more interested is goofing off then anything else. There are 5 table with dirty dishes on them. The signs for the pumpkin soup are still up and as I was told, it ended yesterday. But when I said the stickers were still up, he just shrugged his shoulders.
I love the food but only when you can get what you want...everytime I come and itsnonly 5pm they are already sold out of chicken noodle...its a staple...im usually not one to post negatively but it's every time 🥺🥺🥺
I came in specifically to get a bowl of soup tonight. My go to is the lobster bisque but once I entered I noticed that there was a new soup on the menu, Pumpkin Chorizo. I asked the guy up front if I could sample it. I thought it was really good, it didn’t much taste like pumpkins which I enjoyed, and it was very savory. The worker mentioned they only had a little left and he wasn’t sure if it would fill a cup. I don’t know if they stop making soups at night once they’re gone but it was only 6 pm. He did not make it seem as though more was available. I just went ahead with a cup lobster bisque. The soup was good, and really hit the spot on this chilly night.

Ordered Delivery Via the app today. Was supposed to be delivered by 12:26. Shortly after 1 I got a random text from someone a block away that my food had been delivered to their apt door (correct apt number but wrong address, I double checked and I put the correct address down). By the time I got the food it was cold and not fresh/avocado was browning. Perhaps this wasn’t the restaurants fault directly, however, the app should add a way for drivers and customers to communicate or track their order more than just “on the way”. Def won’t be ordering delivery from them anymore.

Absolutely love the food, price is not too bad, BUT service is way too slow. They need another person at the front.

I ordered a large vegetable chicken pea soup. For $8, I got 2 cups of broth with a few pieces of broccoli and some flavoring vegetables (onions, etc.) I did not get a single chicken pea. Nor were there enough vegetables to be filling. The flavor was good, but it was definitely not worth the money. Very disappointing.
