The first time I let it go, but the second time this is ridiculous. I put in an order on the app and it tells you what time your food will be ready, I show up and wait 15 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, watched six people who came in after me go through the line get their food and leave while I’m still sitting here. The staff has no customer service experience and lack of responsibility is evident. Go to sprouts down the street and get a salad instead
