I put in an order on the app and it tells you what time your food will be ready, I show up and wait 15 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, watched six people who came in after me go through the line get their food and leave while I’m still sitting here. The staff has no customer service experience and lack of responsibility is evident. Go to sprouts down the street and get a salad instead

This location would NOT take a phone order for pick up tomorrow. I wanted to order a total of 4 lunches. I will never use this location again. I have used for catering in the past. I was told I have to order on their website online. Sorry if you can't take my order over the phone, I will just go to Applebee's.

I recently ordered Cafe Zupas at random from Uber eats and I’m super glad I did! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The combinations they offer are just truly perfect. If you’re craving a healthy meal, this is a phenomenal option. This will be my go to 100%
First impression: All the crew at this Zupas looks glad to be working there, so I'm enjoying this feel-good vibe...As for the food- I stopped in because I craved one of the several Zupas soups - advice: ck. out their online menu before stopping in, if you can, because there is such a variety from which to choose. Think you will especially love that at Zupas you can have a taste of a soup before you order, so go ahead,indulge. I love the half salad/soup combo - this time it was California Cobb salad and a chicken soup - both good! They don't scrimp on the salad either--I could have made just that a meal, and this Grandma has a big appetite! BUt had to save room for the chocolate-dipped strawberry, a signature sweet to cap off your meal. I'll be back.
