They would not help me! They helped the person before me and after me but it took the person two people behind me speaking up for me to get service. When I asked for a manager I didn’t get help either! I also asked for a recite and they never gave me one!

This was a pretty disappointing visit. I usually go to a different location and it's always an amazing experience.
My biggest complaint was paying for extra chicken on my nourish bowl and getting about 80% spinach. I took it to-go so there was no way to show them how much they skimped on the protein.
It was also very odd standing by the pickup order area for several minutes with nothing on the shelves. After about ten minutes I went to the front to ask if my order was ready and they said they kept it behind the counter. I don't think that makes much sense at all.
I'll likely just continue going to my usual location. I'd recommend avoiding this one!

Absolutely amazing food but the service is beyond slow. There’s only two people online and it took them over 15 minutes just to take our order. They should have somebody dedicated to the line when you order instead of taking online orders and ignoring the people in line. It’s amazing that they have the Dubai strawberries And new bowls on the menu.

This was my first drive-through experience at Zupas. And I spent a lot of time at the Ordering kiosk, trying to figure it out. And when I was ready to pay w/ my card, I find out that they take the pay at the window. But by the then I had already made my order twice. It was very confusing not to know that in advance.
Made the mistake to trust a drive thru with my dinner after a long day.. that’s on me. But the mushroom bisque today deserves zero stars. Not only is it noticeably less than the portions when you order inside, but it was so watery and had zero depth to it. The chicken enchilada chili is also watered down, way too liquid, and has minimal toppings inside. A huge disappointment. Watering down soup during dinner hours is crazy business. 2nd time in a row they skimp double edamame to a measly single portion & the girl acted with an attitude like she had to pay for it herself. Have seen 2x at other locations as well.
She surprisingly repeatedly tried to refuse making it right with a simple solution, while likely knowing the edamame she made was skimp the whole time. You don't pay for the edamame but I actually did so please include it, 2 means double on build a bowl.
On the plus side I now get a free bowl every few trips by never tipping again.

Normally I like the food, but today I paid money for several extra strawberries… and every single one of them was tiny. I’d probably pay 50 cents for them, not nearly $2. You’d think they’d give you bigger ones if you’re paying for extra and not just taking the complimentary ones.

The worst food! So disappointed. Went for a fundraiser and the quality was not there. The rice in my protein bowl was so crunchy it hurt my teeth. It made the bowl inedible. The kids meal chicken tenders were a joke. One was barely a nugget. And that wasn't a one off, because both kids meals had a tiny tender. One of them had a sauce on it that I had to wipe off in order for my child to eat it. The drinks were flat, zero carbonation. I won't be returning.
