Absolutely amazing food but the service is beyond slow. There’s only two people online and it took them over 15 minutes just to take our order. They should have somebody dedicated to the line when you order instead of taking online orders and ignoring the people in line. It’s amazing that they have the Dubai strawberries And new bowls on the menu.

This was my first drive-through experience at Zupas. And I spent a lot of time at the Ordering kiosk, trying to figure it out.
And when I was ready to pay w/ my card, I find out that they take the pay at the window. But by the then I had already made my order twice. It was very confusing not to know that in advance.

We received excellent service from all team members, especially the manager, Brandon.
We had a small issue with our meal, and Brandon went over and above to rectify the issue and made sure we were satisfied.
Honestly, what he did wasn’t necessary, but he has a customer for life.
