Cafe Americano | Paris

We were in town for Big Smoke event and made a reservation since I was getting to the hotel in the morning. I opted for the bar. Thank you!

Restaurant was crowded and reception person unfriendly...acted stressed. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was slightly above average.

The dish I ordered was tasteless! The server could have cared less. Usually Cafe Americano has large portions but tasty food.

Walked all way there and the restaurant was closed! With no notification and that is brutal. Especially, when i had a reservation.

Waiter was trouble asked about the difference between over easy and medium egg are he replied I dont eat eggs. Pancakes were brought without syrup. As the food runner for some he replied thats the waiters job. As the manager he never brought any. Finally after 5 min the water came by we ask for it he went and got it. NOT once did any one apologies. Everyone made excuses.

Nice location in the hotel and decent menu. Unfortunately we had a poor waiter and it took over 45 minutes from the time of our order before we received our food and we were on a time table. Waiter seemed aloof and wasn't very service oriented.

Food and Service was very good! We had lattes for beverages and ordered an omelette and eggs Benedict for entrees. All very good.

Unfortunately, the "first impression" was not a good one. After booking a table on OpenTable, we arrived at the restaurant on the time scheduled. there were 2 line ups, one "regular" and one stated "7 diamond members" so after finding a host which took about 3 ,imutes since there wasn't one at the entrance and telling her we have a reservation she pointed at the 7 diamond member lineup, when i brought to her attention that we are not a 7 diamond member she looked at me and asked: did you not say you have a reservation, i answered yes and she said then go there! we waited another 13 monutes all the while the host was no where to be seen, the line ups became bigger on both sides till a new lady came and asked if we're for 2 people? i todl her that we had a reservation for 15 minutes ago, she looked at us and said why didn't you tell the girl?! When i told her we did, she shrugged it off and sat us down. After that the server was great and the food even better!

Love the food and place. It was our first time. But I think the value is too much. Over priced.

Had a reservation for 1 at 9 am on a Tuesday, came 10 minutes early and was seated promptly. Staff was pleasant and quick with service. Cindy G was my server and she was great! The food came out very quickly after I ordered and was also very good. The atmosphere is lively, the decor is nice and its perfect for a solo breakfast or a group brunch. I'd very much recommend!

Waiting on coffee refills plus forgot an item in our order as they came back after food came out too see if we needed anything

Omg! Food and Service was amazing! Maybe the lighting needs a little boost. Not a big deal. Definitely worth it. I will be back.

I don't have anything to complain about , everything was great from the start. The food was amazing and the service was another great thing.

Sausage links were the worst. Service was great! Coffee good. Omelette was mid. Kind of noisy. But that sausage...OMG, taste, texture, temperature...bleh.

I made the reservation a week in advance. I received the verification text the day prior. When we arrived, they said they were under construction and had limited seating and the wait would be 15 min or so. I explained we had a reservation, and they said that did not matter that we would have to wait. We ended up just walking away and going somewhere else.
