Great service, but the food was a joke. We ordered three ribeyes - all three grossly over cooked, no sear at all, minimal marbling. My “medium rare” was just about “well done”. Another person ordered salmon - same story here. Overcooked, dry.

An overall great experience. Great food and outstanding service. I think Edwin Villa is the Manager of the restaurant and he is the reason why we will go back to this restaurant every time we visit las vegas. His attention to detail surpassed all of our expectations.

Every time I come to Vegas, I make sure I stop by,
my kids love the Birria tacos and Poke bowl.The Manager is always attentive and stops by the tables with a great smile always makes it a wonderful experience. You definitely can tell that management and employees have a great work environment, always, friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend café Americano inside the Paris Hotel!

Have always eaten at Americano cafe throughout my stays at the Paris resort. However the last few years have been exceptional. The general manager was very attentive. Would like to bring your attention to Jorge (George) and Rene. These two make us feel like we have come home to family. They are truly what make our dining experience the best

Smash Burger wasn’t that good. The classic cheeseburger with swiss was Dry. Buns were too thick. Not worth the price. I Asked for Red pepper and she brings a black pepper mill. Also if you want Cheese add $2

Manager John, when asked to speak with him , walked up with BOTH HANDS IN HIS PANTS POCKET, explaing to me why they only have two servers on SATURDAY NIGHT at Paris Casino.
How unprofessional and Badly Managed in by the Owners and the Mangements. Hostess keep on telling us to go sit at the Bar.
Been waiting to get managers business Card. Still not received yet...
