My experience is poor here at Gelado the food. The ice cream was actually amazing. However, my experience with the cashier was simply unacceptable. I believe at this point that I was racially profiled. I asked if I could sample the product before purchasing and was denied, and once I looked on the reviews that is their policy, which I was OK with because the product was actually very good. What I was not OK with was the cashier snickering with the other cashiers because I didn’t ask for this type of service They went on to have private conversations with each other laughing at the fact that I was I don’t know if it was because I was a colored descent or what, but I felt extremely un welcomed in this establishment. I called the corporate office to share my complaint, and they took it down and took it very serious. However, I just wanted to share with the rest of the world, my experience

We got a large cup of pistachio, strawberry, and snickers. Did not taste like the flavors at all. Very artificial. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Excellent gelato but seriously slacking on salads and the bagels. Excellent people watching in the hallway of seeing who’s coming and going though. Ice vanilla latte was decent.

Stopped by Café Gelato for a quick sweet treat and really enjoyed it! The gelato was creamy and flavorful — I had the pistachio with chopped nuts on top, and it was delicious. The texture was smooth and rich, just what you’d expect from authentic gelato.
The place looks charming and clean, with elegant decor. Service was quick, and there were plenty of options to choose from.
Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the mood for dessert at the casino.

What you see is definitely not what you get. The pistachio ice cream looks beautiful in the display, but the reality is completely different. It doesn’t come with an actual pistachio nut like shown — it’s just for show.
The taste itself is extremely artificial, almost chemical. I was expecting something creamy and nutty, but instead got a synthetic flavor with no depth. Very disappointing for something that looks so appealing.
Sadly, this was more style than substance. Wouldn’t recommend.

It’s a good spot for breakfast, but it is ridiculously expensive. I had the turkey club and it’s OK. The bacon is not very cooked, but they warmed up the sandwich and it tasted good.

Very high quality and tasty gelato. They have several pastry choices and quick bites very suitable for breakfast or brunch (line is usually shorter and faster than the Palio) Anyway, I think the gelato is their rock star.

Seems there’s peak crowd times here. One morning we went around 11 am to get coffee and a light snack. Very short line but next day went around 9 am and line was out the door but moved quickly. Efficient service, good lattes and the ladies behind the counter were very pleasant. Wish there was more seating

It's a good place to have food and icecream anytime. Food is awesome. As we are staying in Bellagio so I tried this restaurant thrice. Avacado toast and salad is too good mozzarella pannini bread is too good as I am vegetarian. Tried icecream and single scoop is too big for 1 person. I loved this restaurant
