Cafe Gelato

You can smell the sweet smells of Cafe Gelato before you can see it! The pastries were stunning, and the gelato itself was light and refreshing. What I really appreciated is that even if you order a small, you are able to select two different favors of gelato to be scooped into your small cup. I personally had the Tiramisu and Snickers flavors, and recommend the combo. The prices are reasonable for being inside the Bellagio.

The cookies were delicious. I really enjoyed my latte and my husband is a coffee snob and really liked his espresso. The line was really long but they were pretty efficient. The areas to sit outside of the cafe were nice but there isn't anything immediately attached.

Good experience

Used MyVegas for a BOGO offer which I loaded on to my MGM Rewards card. Proceeded to go the store to claim my offer but during checkout the older lady cashier claimed the offer wasn't loaded. I checked my account and sure enough the offer was redeemed. I didn't want to cause a scene so I purchased the one small gelato and left. DON'T WASTE YOUR MyVEGAS OFFERS AT THIS PLACE. This is effectively a bait and switch and is out to scam tourists.

We tried Mango, pistachios, salted caramel, and dolce de leches. All were very bad. Also they refused to let us sample anything, which if we did, we would have ran away without ordering. Avoid this tourist trap at all cost.

Bad experience honestly.. the staff were not helpful and the gelato was very very bad it’s not worth the money

Avoid this place. We stopped by because the gelato looked appealing, but it was very underwhelming and tasted artificial. We ordered the pistachio gelato, which was also half melted.
The service was poor. They have one cash register down but the staff all became very frenetic and was rude to the girl in front of us.

Don’t believe a single negative review you see all of them are miserable people. I’ve been coming here since I moved here at the age of 8 and it’s been the best ice cream or gelato that I’ve ever had in my life. The mango is simply the best it was the first mango flavored thing I’d ever tried and when I tried an actual mango it didn’t come close to how good the mango gelato is. This place is and will forever be the greatest gelato that has ever touched the face of this earth.

Love the Regular coffee and warmed up Kouign Amann here. Fair warning It gets busy in the morning. Staff are lovely
