I went to eat an early breakfast with my wife and 4 kids. Got their before they were open but waited till the cashier called us to take our order. She was not very pleasant or courteous but I continued to order. She would not allow any substitutions to any of the orders. It took forever to get the order and was expensive. I paid $104 for breakfast and I was given a very small packet of syrup for my pancakes which was not enough. I went to ask for another packet and she said I had to pay for it after tipping her $6 for doing nothing except taking my order. Unreal!!! Spending over $100 at fast food breakfast with below average food quality and they want to charge for an extra packet of syrup. I am never going there again. Terrible customer service and not so good quality food.
Online Google and Yelp says they open at 8. 815 a worker is making food and looks like open. She says Is closed. And we ask when do u open. She says don't know. We ask but aren't u making food and online says u are open. She says that's my friends breakfast I am making.
If I could give a ZERO I would! The cashier didn’t Listen when I said Wggs any style with cheese & bacon so I got no bacon! The cook had a Stank face the entire time & I lm guessing she put the wrong cheese on my egg because I saw the cashier telling her something & then the cook removing whatever was on top of my egg & throwing the mysterious topping in the trash & then I asked for hot sauce & butter & the cooked Literally Rolled her rest me & looked extremely irritated! Worst breakfast ever I honestly just threw it & my fork has a crum of something on it not to mention the Toast was soggy! Don’t waste ur $$$$ please
You have ro pay extra to have what should be on your meal ,slapped together
the girl in the red hair is a totally unprofessional and laughed with her co worker in front of me when i mispronounced something.

Here’s a draft for your review:
I had an awful experience at this café, and I won’t be returning. I ordered a simple coffee and asked for creamer multiple times. Somehow, no one behind the counter could understand what I was asking for, even after repeating myself over five times. They eventually gave me a jug of milk to pour into my coffee, which turned out to be spoiled—it curdled as soon as it hit my cup. When I showed it to the staff, they just looked at me like I was crazy and said it was “OK.” Absolutely unacceptable.
I asked for a refund, and they claimed they couldn’t issue one because the owner wasn’t there, but that’s not an excuse for serving bad milk. I also bought a cup of milk for my toddler and asked repeatedly if they were sure it was fine to give to a child. The lack of concern and basic service skills from the staff was ridiculous.
How can you run a café and not understand the simple concept of coffee and creamer? This place needs a serious overhaul in customer service and food safety. Avoid if you can.
I got horrible food poisoning and ended up in the hospital, all from eating hash browns, eggs, sausage, and pancakes, along with a $4 bottle of water. In all seriousness, both my wife and I got sick. I would not recommend eating here; you're better off eating at Panda Express next door.

It's a food court so the atmosphere is what you'd expect. I only tried the chicken wings to go with a slice of pizza elsewhere. The wings were amazing. They were made fresh when I placed the order so it was a 10 minute wait, but they were worth the wait. Excellent sauce, fresh and crispy. They even looked so good that someone passing our table asked where to get them.

The rudest people here. I ordered a cold Chai Latte, with very little ice, I even repeated it, When they delivered the drinks to me they were more than half full with only ice. I asked them if they could remove the ice, and first they said they couldn't, and then they agreed, they threw away half of the drink and the cashier told the other girl, just don't refill the glass... terrible customer service Don't spend your money in these crappy places.

Wanted to eat a good breakfast Sammie and this place hit the spot . Located in the Venetian mall food court. They had breakfast options , salads , crepes , coffee and more . The service was not the best but not bad by any means - just robotic Latino style . A warm hello and a semi smile would have been nice . Got a sausage egg bacon cheese croissant and it was delish .

Super rude staff. There is literally no need to be rude when serving something as simple as a cup of tea

Gross - please don’t spend your money here. I ordered coffee and asked for a pump or sprinkle of chocolate, but received a very over powering sugary drink for a high cost. The worker didn’t seem to care about my dissatisfaction- I ended up throwing it away in front of him after he refused to dump half out and put coffee in it to even it out.
To top it off, my friend that was sitting in one of the two tables they have, and when she stood up her jeans had a big wet spot from the seat.
There are several better options nearby.

Wasn’t feeling the best so wanted a simple sandwich. I paid $15 for a chicken salad sandwich, it get it, it’s Vegas. Got to my room and bit into nothing but bread. Opened it up and it’s a tiny scoop of chicken on dry bread, wilted lettuce, 1 small tomato and loaded with onions (I’m guessing to make it look like there’s something actually in it).
I went back down and showed the gentleman who I bought it from. He said it looked fine but if I want a refund, I need the receipt. I said I didn’t have it anymore and he basically said too bad. Didn’t offer to make a new one or anything. I asked for a managers number and he said no. Honestly atrocious behaviour
