We stayed at the Venetian from the 16th-19th and we ate there twice. The first time we ate there they forgot a lot of our food. We had to ask for the condiments that they gladly provided for the people of a different color. There was a girl with glasses who worked there it seemed like it turned her stomach to have to wait on a black person. Even after I asked for jelly numerous times I still didn’t get any. I do NOT recommend

The crepes were undercooked and the Nutella Strawberry crepe was deconstructed and the strawberries were on the outside and for a savory crepe ew disgusting the meat was undercooked and they put way way to much cheese and the ladies were kinda mean.

Cafe Pan is located within The Venetian's food court. They cooked breakfast in public view, although there is no real 'show' behind it as the preparation is as uninspired as the food.We ordered the 14.95 combo special which consisted of two eggs, two hash browns, a single slice of toast and two pancakes. The latter could be swapped out with French Toast. Coffee was an extra 3.55.Unfortunately, the food was bland and the pancakes were tiny.I fairness, this is a fast food joint in a city famous for fine cuisine, but there are countless better places to eat close by, even if you're in a hurry.

Disappointing Experience at Cafe PanMy recent visit to Cafe Pan left me with an extremely disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share with others.Customer Service (Worst):Despite tipping generously, the customer service at Cafe Pan was shockingly poor. Every request was met with a frowny face, and the staff seemed indifferent to providing a positive dining experience. Even after tipping, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, but it was sorely lacking.Food Quality (Poor):The quality of the food served at Cafe Pan was well below expectations. Each dish lacked flavor and freshness, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction. It's disheartening when a place that prides itself on its offerings falls short in delivering a palatable dining experience.Coffee Cup Charge ($2 for Empty Cup):To my disbelief, I was charged $2 for an empty coffee cup. This unreasonable charge felt like an attempt to take advantage of customers. Charging for an empty cup, especially at this rate, is both unjustifiable and discourteous.Cream Cheese Incident:To make matters worse, Cafe Pan charged me for cream cheese, only to later inform me that they were sold out. Instead of issuing a refund, they substituted it with butter, even though I don't consume butter. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to rectify the situation was highly unprofessional.In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Cafe Pan for its deplorable customer service, subpar food quality, unreasonable charges, and a general disregard for customer satisfaction.

They were so rude to my mom today. My mom’s plastic broke easily today and all she asked for was a spare cup to pour her drink in so it does not spill. The woman did not let my mom speak once. She was so rude and had a disgusting attitude. The guy that was working there wanted to give my mom a cup but the woman was being outrageous. She shut my mom up when my mom pleaded “please” for just ONE spare cup. We did not like it at all and I don’t recommend going there.

I never understand fast food places who ask for tips beforehand. As a customer I have no way to show appreciation for good service if you ask for tips before the service is received. I paid zero tip and received bad food with a missing side order which I paid for and it was discovered after the fact while opening up my food in the hotel room. It is hard to believe it was an honest mistake since the place was not crowded at all. They handled only one order before I received mine while the food court is crowded with other restaurants' customers

I was going to order a Crepes for my daughter the cashier said they don’t have itI ordered pancakes and strawberry instead and the cashier said they put strawberry syrup on itWhen I got the pancakes there were no strawberry syrup on itI asked about the strawberry syrup and the lady said it only came with the Crepes I should have ordered the Crepes.I told her I was told you don’t have that she said we have it who told you thati asked for the change since this was there mistake, she said she can’t change itIT WAS THERE MISTAKE.
