Great food, mostly that vinagreta sauce that fits well in salads

Don’t even bother with this place. They are totally understaffed, they are extremely slow and they will do a to-go while people who are there in line just wait. And it certainly doesn’t seem like they care. Nor does the company.

The manager Gabriela is hard working and makes sure every customer has the best experience!

I tried their Thursday special which is Walnut
shrimp tacos,it was delicious with the side of rice and beans.
I am a truck driver I walked from TA to this place and it was worth it.

Had to walk out with my kids from there the restrooms are gross. When I walked to the food part beans chicken everything was dried and looked really old. All the ladies in there and no one checking the food to look on point.

5 PM and no steak for dinner time. I asked what happen of why there was no steak Emmanuel said that he didn’t have time to put it on the grill. You have all day to prep for food and didn’t have steak!

Micheal should not be working with people. He is very rude. He took over 10 min to ring up our order.

I love Cafe Rio! They have a great salad which you can customize with all fresh ingredients. Definitely will return for their salad. I did try their enchiladas and while they were tasty I will definitely be back for their wonderful shredded chicken salad!

Unfortunately, while eating, I bit into a chicken bone, which was both unpleasant and concerning. I usually enjoy Café Rio's food, but this experience was disappointing and could have been a potential safety issue.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that your team can take steps to prevent this from happening to other customers!

This was my 1st time trying Rio, ever. As a delivery driver PT, I pick up from Rio all the time and wanted to give it a go. Here's my take: better than Chipotle! 😲
Delicious guacamole isn't as heavy on the onions as Chipotle. Speaking of: Cafe Rio has more selections and different flavors, which I enjoyed. I ordered the sweet pork barbacoa burrito +chips and guacamole, so that I could compare it to my fave Chipotle burrito. No comparison: Rio has more flavor! ❤️
The staff at this busy location is exceptional, service is a bit slow sometimes. I suggest eating a few bites of a Snickers before u get in line, if you're the hangry type like me, 😆 Otherwise, just order ahead on the app/online and skip the line!

i was waiting for delivery service for 10 minutes. multiple employees looked at and ignored me but decided to help someone as soon as they walked in while skipping me. i then had to wait 10 more minutes to receive just a salad and 2 tortillas while watching people who came in after receive their food. ive been here multiple times and have hardly EVER received good service whether delivering or ordering for myself. i will hope to not visit this location anymore

Get the salad bowl with the fresh homemade Tortilla with melted cheese, shredded barbacoa, cilantro rice, black & pinto beans, guacamole, sour cream, corn salsa, Lettuce and the vinaigrette. Hitting the taste buds everytime.
