Missing/incorrect items in order. Food quality severely diminished from prior visits. Was so happy getting Cafe Rio for the first time in a while, just to be disappointed when missing items and incorrect items showing up in the order (which can't check till at home since tops are placed on to go orders).

When I went in, there was only one other person in line so I figured it would be quick, however, I waited about 10 minutes before I could even order because the girl making the orders had to keep running around and getting different food items. They were out of a lot of things which is okay but to a certain extent, you come in wanting a specific order and if they are out of half of the things that that includes my willingness to pay for it starts decreasing. I got a salad and it looked as if they were out of guacamole as well and when I asked if they were out the girl was just silent and kept putting everything else on it. At the end when I was about to check out they bagged my order up to go and then literally walked away to do other things as I stood there. I timed it and I was standing there for two minutes and ended up just completely walking out (without my food) because I was not willing to pay for an order that didn’t have anything that I wanted on it or service that was terrible. As a hospitality firm they should do better if they want loyal customers because I will not be going back.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Ordered from this location I always give them extra time. I went 20 minutes past the scheduled pick up time and I still sat and waited for another 25 minutes. I got my food home and there was barely any chicken on the burritos, the nachos had rice on them even though no rice was ordered. They were out of things like pico and mild salsa. The store was dirty I could see stuff on the floor behind the counter. This will be my very last time visiting this location. I am glad they are opening a new location on South Ft Apache soon

I just had the best experience with Cafe Rio’s online service, and I want to give a special shout-out to Rodel for making it so great!

The entire process was smooth and easy, and my order was prepared perfectly. Rodel went above and beyond to ensure everything was accurate and even added a thoughtful touch by making sure my special requests were followed to the letter.

It’s rare to get such personalized and attentive service through an online order, and I truly appreciate Rodel's effort.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! I’ve ordered twice online, the first time they forgot 4 of my items, the second time they ALSO FORGOT 4 ITEMS. I guess you can’t order chips and Queso and drinks to go. They also fill everything half portion when you order delivery. I let them make it right the first time with a refund, this time I’m just pissed. This place is a complete disappointment, I’m asking for a refund and never going back.

Took forever to give me my online order and it was made completely wrong

I had the pleasure of being served by Rodel during my recent visit to Café Rio, and they truly made the experience memorable. From the moment I arrived, Rodel greeted me with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude.

Rodel was incredibly attentive and personable. He ensured that my order was prepared just the way I wanted. Even during a busy lunch rush, he managed to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of service was impressive.The positive and upbeat demeanor of Rodel was a standout.

Overall Rodel exemplifies the excellent service that Café Rio strives to provide. Combination of friendliness, efficiency, and menu knowledge greatly contributed to a pleasant and satisfying dining experience. I highly recommend Rodel and look forward to my next visit!

This is the 2nd time I've come to this location. Staff was friendly but the cleanliness of the food line. Behind the counter was filthy. Food was spilled everywhere, the sauces had skin on top, as if they had been sitting for awhile as did the beans, the grilled chicken & steak both tasted like fish & over cooked. The overall food line appeared very dirty and unsanitary. I will not come to this location again. It was not worth the $30.00 paid.

Parking: Parking was tight and minimal parking spots.

Gonna pass on ordering here from now on. Whether it’s going through a delivery service or in person. Orders I order are always messed up and rushed.

Today was my last time ordering take out with this location from uber eats. I ordered a burrito with FIRE GRILLED STEAK and recieved the grilled chicken instead. Taste and quality was good however, why am I still being charged and extra $2 for the steak when I got chicken? Luckily uber helped me out with this order in a timely fashion. For this order, I also order chips and queso and was sooo pumped for this and practically the only reason I ordered the chips and burrito. I didn’t recieve the chips or the queso. $9 wasted. Once I contacted uber eats yet again.. I was able to place a new order to fix this and I just now got the chips and salsa.. but YET AGAIN… no queso. Thanks to uber eats for guiding me on getting reimbursed for these issues that are clearly done by this location unfortunately. Hoping this can change in the future for other peoples orders and hoping they also don’t have to go through this especially with the constant rise of food prices.

Improve your pickup times so uber drivers aren't sitting in the restaurant for 30 mins!

Poor service, dirty, bathrooms had an awful smell.

Update. The restaurant had remodeled and was much cleaner. Still poor service. I usually go to the Decatur and 215 Cafe Rio that has much better service, and the food seems to be prepared better.
