came here last night and two days before that the young man on the salad was so nice and is always happy he told me that he been working doubles and he loves every min of it he always has a great smile on him and a great attitude on him n he is really good at it i only come there to see his smile it really makes my day they are lucky to have him

Food was fresh and quickly prepared. Generous portions of protein on our salad. Employees were attentive, polite, and even brought our trays out to our table for us.

This is the worst cafe rio in vegas. Orders online are always late and missing items. The staff doesn’t communicate and tries to avoid eye contact. It’s a horrible experience. The food is not warm and the beans are always dry

Do you like cold food? Do you like poor service? Do you enjoy your online orders completely scrambled and missing things like dressing? If so, you will love this location! I gave it a couple of chances. In person, the food was luke warm, whatever, bad day. Then I ordered a ten minute pick up and it was somehow below room temperature. Think twice and then thrice before ordering.

The worker who took my order must have been ready to be done with working as he made my husband's burrito very poorly and with very little meat. I did tell myself that it was 8:30 when I got there so maybe I was getting the leftovers, so I didn't complain. (Hence the 3 stars on the food category) The gentleman who cashed me out was very kind and apologized for how the burrito looked and was very kind in making me feel appreciated as a customer. Being that this is now the closest location to me, I will return and order again from here.

Everything was great but I have a recommendation for corporate to double the size of the Black Tea container. It seems to be empty every time we go in and the staff is so busy that I feel bad asking them to refill it as each member is almost always busy.

I'm allergic to Cilantro so I can't eat much offered, but specifically their sauces and several meats. This leaves me grilled chicken as my only option. Which is fine, but I also am cutting carbs. Since I don't get rice or beans I ask for more chicken, upcharge. I can't have any of the sauces, dressings or salsas (again, Cilantro in everything) so I my only option to add some moisture to the chicken, elotes, which is really good, but again, UPCHARGE. So I end up adding some lettuce and that's it for what I can eat. So now I have a bowl of upcharges that's half the size of everyone else's bowls full of no upcharges.

To add insult to injury, they run out of grilled chicken on the regular because it's so popular. Apparently Management doesn't teach any of the multiple locations I go to how to start cooking more of something when they get low. They wait until they are completely out of the front and the back supply (online orders) before they start cooking more.

I had to wait *52 minutes* last time I was there because they ran out. Then added insult to injury by letting me sit at a table right in front of the workers, while they started serving the fresh chicken to other customers because they apparently forgot I was sitting right there waiting.

The West Lake Mead location should get a 0 on all categories. The West Sahara location is on point 5 stars all around

It just isn't what it once was. Tortillas are still top notch, but the meat and rice are really hit and miss. Salsa fresca is usually pretty good too

Last time I went there a manager was arguing with multiple costumers, my order had not been even started and I showed at the time it was supposed to be ready after standing there for 10 minutes another worker came up asked what I had. Then proceeded to have me tell them my whole order while they made every item of my order.

I had gotten sick and got hair in my food and the meet was raw
