MARIE AND ALI ARE SO AMAZING! THEY MAKE THIS STORE SO MUCH BETTER

It just isn't what it once was. Tortillas are still top notch, but the meat and rice are really hit and miss. Salsa fresca is usually pretty good too

Last time I went there a manager was arguing with multiple costumers, my order had not been even started and I showed at the time it was supposed to be ready after standing there for 10 minutes another worker came up asked what I had. Then proceeded to have me tell them my whole order while they made every item of my order.

I had gotten sick and got hair in my food and the meet was raw

Got there 45 minutes before closing and staff ignored me while they cleaned then had an attitude yelling “bye” when I left without saying anything. Rude and immature staff not returning

Now the portions that used to be regular price are charged as “extra” meat. Guess all the businesses are starting to undercut their clients to save some profits

Employees were rude and seemed annoyed to be doing their jobs. Very poor quality when it came to making my meals. Was told asking for anything more than meat, rice, and cheese in my burrito was not an option and had to pay for extra toppings on the side (burrito was falling apart as it was open on both ends) When asking if there was a manager present because the customer service is horrible I was told by the cashier Anna that it was because they are trying to close soon. It was 10:05pm and they close at 11pm on saturdays. Once I sat to eat I overheard Anna telling the rest of the kitchen staff (including the person she said was a manager) about our conversation at the register and listened to them all talk shit about me and my girlfriend while we finished our meal. This was a terrible experience, and we will not be returning. Do better.

I go here often and the cashier Valerie is always so polite her customer service is way beyond and goes out of her way to complete your order correctly.

First time to this location. Staff were nice and greeted us. The cashier, Rasool, was funny and had great customer service.

Haven't been to Cafe Rio in years (over 5). Decided to stop here for dinner, and it was delicious. Even the kids loved the food. It was warm n full of flavor. The staff was really nice, everyone was working n keeping the place nice and stocked. Will be coming back for sure!
