Too busy and bathrooms are not clean. Ordered online and had to wait 20 minutes past pickup time with another 4 people waiting the same time

Ordered for food pickup, supposed to be ready by 7:30p, currently it’s 7:53p and it’s still not ready! And the employees dgaf, no sorry or anything. You get ignored up until they rapidly hand you the food then walk away again.

It's currently 822pm on Tuesday and they've broken e wiring down and refused to take my order! 6 people in there right now and not ONE person even acknowledged me!! If I could taste them less than 1 I would!!!!!! RUDE AWEFUL EMPLOYEES! And obviously the night manager doesn't care either! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This place is poorly maintained. The trays are always empty and filthy. I used to come here often but it seems the more time goes by the less integrity this location has. Came here in the middle of the day hoping for a better outcome being that in the past I’ve visited in the evening. Unfortunately my experience was yet again disappointing especially when you pay 18+ for ONE burrito! Burnt rice, no variety of salsas or much of anything and a very dirty kitchen . Make for a very yucky stomach flu 😷 🤮 mind you, this is what you can see I don’t want to imagine the back!!

Ps. my burrito was prepared with those scraps, including the burned rice- 9/14/24 mid day-

This location is very dirty, and you can tell the people are not happy to be at work. Everything is made very sloppy and with very little care. I would rather drive to the location 20 mins away even though this one is right around the corner. I will never be back.

We recently had a disappointing experience with an online order from Cafe Rio. My husband ordered the pollo asado quesadilla, expecting grilled chicken, but was unpleasantly surprised by how sweet it was, likely due to sugar or honey, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. It was so sweet that it was inedible and ended up going straight to the trash, leaving my husband without dinner because of the terrible food. Additionally, I ordered a salad with shredded lettuce, but the lettuce was not shredded at all—it was poorly chopped, as was the lettuce in my daughter’s meal, despite her also selecting shredded lettuce. Although she was given a drink for waiting ten minutes for rice, the overall inaccuracy of the order was frustrating. To add to this, my husband’s drink was missing entirely. Spending $46 on a meal with such poor preparation and flavor was incredibly disappointing. We didn’t expect the pollo asado to be sweet, and there was no mention of this when ordering. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had, especially since I now have to shred the lettuce myself. The service and quality need serious improvement.

Have to agree with some of the reviews here. Customer service is an absolute joke. Management is as bad as it gets. Manager is incompetent. A few of the workers had attitude for no reason - especially - Destiny. Definitely should not be working customer service - she should be relegated to the kitchen or cleanup area. Probably worth it to go to another location because this location has no business treating customers rudely. Hopefully corporate will actually act on this matter and learn to train their employees properly.

My wife and I decided to stop here since we had to make a stop at Costco which is just in the same parking lot. I've been here many times through the years. But this location is by far the worst location I have ever been to. It's so improperly managed, and after looking at the reviews as I'm typing this review. I can see that management actually does not care. Usually negative reviews would make you think that they're going to do everything they can to fix the issues. Not true in these cases. First when walking in we took a while to order because we were trying to decide what we wanted.. They were not busy it was around 2:00 p.m. they didn't have any steak made as the person at the counter who was making our meal didn't actually know it was out until he looked. Really you come to work, and you don't know when you're out of something before a customer comes to the counter? That's usually bad management. All the employees who make food for the customers should be trained to make sure they have everything in order. Not wait till a customer comes up to the counter to then realize they are out of something. But I decided to wait for it to be made. My wife then ordered and they ran out of grilled vegetables. Really this too? They didn't have any of that made as well. Do I need to get a job here and actually tell the employees what needs to be made before a customer comes to the counter to order or do I need to train the management on how to train their employees? But while sitting and waiting for my steak to be made I noticed that none of the drinks except for the Horchata, was available. None of the other flavor drinks had anything available. Then finally someone came and got me and told me the steak was available, they asked me now what kind of tortilla do I want I said whole wheat. And they went and found out that they are out of whole wheat tortillas. I could not believe it. Literally almost everything I came here for to try and to eat they were out of or it was not readily available as it should. This is terrible management and terrible customer service. I decided not to actually order any food here after all this. My wife was the only one that ate. I will not be coming back here nor do I recommend it and if I ever even think about it. It definitely will not be this location. So terribly managed. ????

They made freash whole wheat bread when I asked and brought it out to me. So as not to hold up the line I appreciated that.

Constant errors with orders and worse with the app.

Chips missing from queso and chips.

The side of steak with the tortilla would be nice, even was highlighted

Extra limes with none included.

Majority of drinks were out, including the listed lemonade.
