I went to the Shadow Mountain location. All the craft specialty drinks were out. I asked the cashier 3-times and he never moved an inch. All he had to do was get a shift lead. I'm sure it would have been fixed. 3/20. 7:40 PM. It wasn't even near closing time. I've completed their survey on the receipt with my contact information. They never called or emailed me.

March 2024: Your website or app shouldn't tell people to wait in the car if you never intend to bring the food out to the customer in the car. Waited 15 mins after window arrival and finally went inside. 1 customer in line, checkout employee playing drums with lids annnnnd my food sitting to the side getting cold... sigh... Original review stall stands: 2 times now we have placed and order and arrived at the time it says to pick it up and it's not ready. Today I waited over 40mins for my order 545-635 and you still forgot 2 items... People walking in were getting their order in and taken before my online order. Ridiculous! Done with this location or Cafe Rio all together! Food is good, step up your service!

Waited 45 minutes with 12 people ahead of me in line. The food was fine, but it seems like they're making online orders on the main line people in the store order from. Been here three times, and each time there was a huge line with a long wait. They're usually out of something, and do not put up a sign. You'll have to find out they're out of something when you order your food after waiting in line for almost an hour

I placed an online order and waited at the restaurant for 45 minutes for the food to be ready. Despite asking the server five times how much longer it would take, she repeatedly said, “Let me double check,” but never returned. Additionally, they purposely covered the store number and other details with a sticker on the receipt, making it impossible to leave a review in the “how we do it” section.

This was by far the grossest Cafe Rio I've been in. Additionally, it took a full 30 min for them to move 2 orders through. It seems like really bad management.As I stood there waiting my turn, stood as tge next order... an employee said to the order ahead of me that there was no pico (what???) and I look at the beans and they are old and fully coagulated.I then look at the rest of what's on prep-line and, nope! I chose to leave, ducked under the divid and walked right out of there.Not worth the risk! (lol)Will definitely NEVER return ?I can not recommend

I will start this off by saying, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I don't go here very often, but every year, I like to participate in the Valentines Day promo. I decided to go this Valentines, and it was a huge mistake, I went later in the night about an hour and a half before closing to avoid the lines. I made an online order (2 steak burritos) and showed up about 10 minutes later, and they didn't even start making it, I was told they "didn't have enough Steak for both of the Burritos" they didn't even have enough for 1. I had to talk to the manager for 5 minutes so they could make more steak because they were fighting me on making more. Most of the employees were too busy messing around and joking, and there were 2 employees with the biggest attitude because I asked for a simple request. As the steak was being cooked by the manager, the employees were making snarky comments about people wanting steak. They really said, "Everyone and their mom wanted steak today. It was so annoying" loudly. This is no way for any employee to act, and on top of that, they made the order wrong, probably out of spite. They added beans, which I am very allergic to and specifically asked for no beans, so I wasn't even able to enjoy the food I paid for, this place is a walking lawsuit and I will make a complaint.DO NOT GO HERE.

This location is nasty. The girl behind the counter making food grabbed a sanitizer towel out from under the counter and begins to clean her area by wiping excess food onto the floor, not into a trash can straight onto the floor, then proceeded to make my quesadilla without changing her gloves?! Grossssss. I have also seen employees handle cash and then use the same gloves to prepare food for guests. These teens have obviously not got their health cards? This location sucks these days, it's so dirty and they don't handle food correctly. :( In response to the business owners response, "sure thing. I don't really know if your location will improve. Your response feels like an insincere and generic message that you have given to all of the complaints on this Yelp page. It doesn't feel like anyone cares about this place being nice. I guess it is what it is. People will stop coming to this sub par restaurant. '

Ordered online , I should’ve choose another store. They messed up the ordered adding the ingredients that I didn’t want. On top of that they gave me extra dressing and sour cream I didn’t ask for maybe because they didn’t have the actual dressing I wanted and asked for. There goes my lunch , food is good nonetheless here but just disappointed for the mistakes that could have been easily fixed if properly done.

Ordered online, got to the store, and they hadn't started making my food. Employees were too busy talking/flirting and cracking jokes. Waited the 10min it took them to make the food, and then wasn't given my drink. Maybe if they were working instead of playing around, they would have read the receipt and done their job. After asking for the drink, I went home, and I noticed that the rice and extra beans that I ordered as part of my "Entree" were missing, and the tacos were cold. I live across the street, so it wasn't the distance. Half of my food missing! Cold Tacos! Stale chips! and you gotta ask for items you paid for and are clearly on the receipt!! Incompetent is an understatement. Never again.
