Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

Ordered 2 beef tacos with black beans and rice with hot sauce on the side. They don't secure the lid and hot sauce goes everywhere in the bag. I go back into the store to remake my food since the trays are completely covered. Instead, get handed an order of 2 tacos with pinto beans and pico de gallo on the side... come on Cafe Rio. You could have just asked to confirm. Recommend a different Cafe Rio in town instead or some other options nearby.

My husband had 5$ credit for his birthday and hey didn't let him use it all he could only use a dollar bc he wasn't a purchase

2 times now on 2 different date. I go in and ask for a burrito with steak. Both times have been told no steak and it takes 30 minutes for them to cook it. I walked out both times and this is the last time I will not be going back to this place. Both times I have gone at 11:00 right before the rush hour of lunch at noon

Can't open their doors on time. 5 mins past opening and they are prepping takeouts. But won't open doors to customers.

Had not ate Cafe Rio in a while. Food was great at this location. Very fresh and the restaurant was super clean. Everyone very friendly. Vanessa and Karla made sure my order was correct and bagged it very well. Will be coming back soon.

Horrible. We ordered from a delivery service, and we found a big chicken bone in my child's burrito. I let both the delivery service & cafe rio know, and they never got back to us. I even sent a picture of the bone, and my child almost choked on it. The fact that they didn't even care or get back to us was unacceptable. I thought about getting an attorney, but I was unsure who handles this type of case. I would never go here again.

Walked in for a Uber order at 945. I was greeted by the staff upon asking for the order they said they cancelled because they were out of everything. More like they didn't want to do their job. Store hours are 10 not whenever you feel like closing.

Ordered delivery on company website. Enchiladas had no cheese in or out, no sauce. Chips and queso missing, no way to mend this except through email.
