Waited in line for quite a few minutes while the staff ignored us. An employee yelled at someone to come help me eventually. That person did not make my order correctly. Pretty expensive for the amount of food, which was okay. I’d recommend heading down the road a bit farther if you’re craving burritos or bowls.

I had a couple doordashers cancel on me and my food sat there for almost an hour. they were already remaking my order by the time I had called to ask them to make me a new one, no extra charge. the customer service 10/10

Annie was awesome - it was closing they loaded us up with extras when they were out of other things!Kid-friendliness: Ninos are the best with a shared salad!
Steak was not good, dry and a faint fishy taste. Service was fine. Restaurant was extremely hot and stuffy, tables weren't really clean. 1 burrito, 1 taco, 1 side of rice and 2 sodas came to over $30.

The Cafe Roo near Palace Station is a regular stop when in Vegas. The people there are super friendly and the food is Cafe Rio delicious!
Went there for the first time in about 2 weeks couldn't believe my eyes the trash was overflowing the food was old we walked in and walked out I don't know if they have a manager there but if he was there today he should have been fired. All food was old looking. Tables all dirty. Hopefully I can upload a photo of the trash. Terrible. People just standing around. Sky Canyon Las Vegas

Disgusting, my friend got a press on fingernail in his food. They shouldn't allow their employees to have nails like that, makes me wonder if they even used gloves too.
