This is my 4th time visiting now and am amazed to say this restaurant has the best customer service. The entire staff is friendly and Chelsea was very sweet with giving me suggestions and answering my questions about the menu. I got the Brisket Grilled cheese and tomato basil soup, both items tasted very good and fresh. Definitely recommend trying this place out!
Have frequently had bad experiences but this time around was the worst. We received spoiled rotten fruit on our dessert. Which made me question my entire meal.
Everything was fresh and good. service quick and ez. dining area clean too. A plus today
Very good sandwiches, salads, soaps and more!! Very fresh.
Honestly, the worst experience I’ve had at a Cafe Zupas. I go to the location on Rainbow and the location on Blue Diamond because they are by my house. I made the mistake of going to this location while I was at my friends house. It took what felt like forever to get acknowledge. It took FOREVER to get my food and then the food was not good. It tasted like a bowl full of lettuce with hardly any dressing or toppings and the soup did not hit like it normally does. Tasted like the recipe was off. I’ll stick to the rainbow location where I know my food will be delicious, fast and the customer service is on point.
So first and foremost I ordered the power bowl to go. I requested no peppers. Once ordered I paid and noted asking for a tip on a takeout order. I tipped, technically before any service was provided. After paying I noticed people who ordered after me were long gone before me, my order was neglected and I can tell there was confusion behind the counter.
Upon receiving my meal I took it to go to a scenic location. When I opened my power bowl there was a tremendous amount of peppers, no fork, no napkins. This is why I'm not comfortable tipping prior to receiving my order and quality checking it.
This interaction at zuppas was a let down unfortunately.
Not a lot of food for the price, but it was good.
This place was great and fun and clean and friendly. We were there and ksuda helped hook us up with the best chocolate dipped strawberries!
Tasty food and fast service.
Always a great option for lunch!

Service and maintenance of this location have gone downhill. Food is still great.

This place has horrible customer service which is a shame since the food is pretty good, if and when you finally get it. Made an online order and showed up about five minutes before the app said it would be ready. Was ignored by the worked near the to go desk and only after another customer complained and left due to the wait did someone come over to help. By that time another 3 to go customers waiting and another customer walked out they decided to start figuring out what was going on. If they were slammed that’s one thing, but over the 45 minutes I saw a dozen customers come in, order, get there food and move on will not one to go order was even worked on. Finally after no one else was in line 2 of us got our food, 45 mins late for me, and hopefully the remaining forgot about to go customers got something.

Normally, we love Zupas, but I have dietary restrictions and asked for 3 things to be omited. They omitted the nuts but didn't omit the other 2. Additionally, when I called to speak to a manager to just let them know what happened, they told me they were too busy and told me to call back later. Had we not already eaten and I was looking for a fix, 40 minutes would have been too long to wait and then go get the new food. I used to get the create your own salad, so I didn't have this issue, but they have removed that option from the try 2 combo. Very disappointed.

I originally wasn’t going to right a review but this is the second time I’ve dealt with this. I’m a regular here i come about 1-2 a week sometimes just once so Im very accustomed to how Zupas works. I always build my own bowl there and the same young asian lady i had a problem with the other time was the one taking orders again. The other time it was clear she was getting annoyed with me because of how i wanted my salad. Understandable my salad is on the complicated side, I gave her the benefit of the doubt maybe she had a bad day. Now here comes today I brought in my grandmother for the first time today to try the soups and get a salad or sandwich. Well my grandmother was asking the lady a lot of questions about the bowls and sandwiches to know what ingredients they had. The young lady was nice at first answering our questions but you could see she got visibly annoyed with us asking so many questions which is incredibly rude when it’s apart of your job to answer questions especially if the menu doesn’t show ingredients. Such a shame because the rest of the staff is very friendly & the guy who usually takes my order always has the friendliest face on. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to the Craig location.

Café Zupa has fresh food and the people working there have always been helpful, patient, and kind. It - like most things these days - is expensive. But if I’m paying this much, at least it’s healthy!
