This is my 4th time visiting now and am amazed to say this restaurant has the best customer service. The entire staff is friendly and Chelsea was very sweet with giving me suggestions and answering my questions about the menu. I got the Brisket Grilled cheese and tomato basil soup, both items tasted very good and fresh. Definitely recommend trying this place out!

I originally wasn’t going to right a review but this is the second time I’ve dealt with this. I’m a regular here i come about 1-2 a week sometimes just once so Im very accustomed to how Zupas works. I always build my own bowl there and the same young asian lady i had a problem with the other time was the one taking orders again. Café Zupa has fresh food and the people working there have always been helpful, patient, and kind. It - like most things these days - is expensive. But if I’m paying this much, at least it’s healthy!
