They make some of our favorite coffee, but the service is pretty darn bad and they don’t open until 8… I showed up at 7:30 (before ever looking at when they open) assuming no coffee place opens later than 7. I was wrong. I sat outside for 15-20 minutes while the people inside just stared at me and my 18 month old sitting outside waiting. I left 3 minutes before they opened to go to Foxtail. Foxtail is much better. Won’t go here again, unfortunately.

Everything I’ve ever tried has been amazing. The iced coffee flights are insane (in a good way haha). I bring all of my out of town visitors here. Just stopped in and ended up with the pistachio milk tea with brown sugar boba and I’m obsessed.

They let me try a coffee flight even though they weren't technically on the menu that day

I came into town on business and was looking for a good, local coffee shop. Caffeine Machine impressed, the Pour Over was great! Thanks Katie!

This is my new favorite place to grab a cortado, lite bite and get to work online. The space is well designed, the quality of food/drinks great and the price for what you get is a great value. Try this place out next time you are looking for a new cafe in town!

Latte was great. Service is good and the place is clean and quiet on my visit. This is good if i want to do some remote work and casual meetings.

Let me start off by saying we used to come here regularly, but I’m not sure what’s going on or if there’s just an overall lack of care or apathy across the board, but there’s no sense or urgency from any employee anymore… waiting over 7 mins for one person to take the order of the customer in front of me? I get you’re making niche drinks, but no customer should stand for over 5 mins without their order being taken when it’s not swamped. I’d there was a giant line and every table was full I could understand but come on… twice now I’ve come here and it’s like pulling teeth to get any sort of urgency from the employees, mixing drinks like they’re at home and taking their time, chatting, moving slowly, does no one care about the work they do anymore? Normally I don’t write reviews for something so trivial but for it to happen twice now, it’s just a pattern at this point and speaks to the training of the employees.

Theres hundreds of coffee shops, and this one has amazing drinks, but unless you go in when it’s dead and there’s no one there, you’re going to have to put aside 20 mins… for a simple drink is just ridiculous. Hopefully they figure things out because it’s been a slow starts decline in service.

We went at 11:10 am on 11/9… so to the two blond girls who were moving like molasses and spending 10 mins on 2 matcha drinks… I’ve never seen anyone stare and analyze so intently on one drink before.

Don’t think we will be coming here anymore; which sucks cause the drinks are great.

respectfully not a place for me /: coffee is pretty decent but what i would say is the biggest drawback is the customer service. i believe it was the owner that helped me out twice and they weren’t necessarily rude but definitely not pleasant either. owner simply told me hi as they saw me come in and had a whole conversation for about 3 mins with a vendor or coworker (i couldn’t tell) and didn’t tell me something like “just a few moments and i’ll take your order” or anything of that nature. like i said nothing against this place but the coffee is not extraordinary enough to see through the customer service. maybe will check back in a few months
