If you love family bakeries that are doing things different than everybody else. This is the best place in town and I go to a lot of places this bakery. Is ran by a nice gentlemand when youchase the bank goods, you know what he's doing is right? Highly recommend grab a dozen of these great pastries for under $20 these pastries will wow anywhere you bring them . Sorry I took a few bites of one before I took the photo couldn't wait

Cake World is wonderful! I walked in with no cake ordered and walked out with a beautiful delicious red velvet cake that was personalized on the spot! The staff was friendly and helpful, and humbly let me know they have been in business over 30 years. They also have Mexican style pastries and breads, cheese and fruit danishes. The building is rather nondescript on the outside, but trust me, it’s worth the drive!

We placed a last-minute order for my niece’s 6th birthday after our original bakery canceled on us. We were grateful that this bakery said they could make strawberry cupcakes with cream cheese frosting within 3 hours — it felt like a lifesaver.
We originally requested pink cream cheese frosting with purple glitter/sprinkles, but they called and let us know that coloring cream cheese frosting could make it runny. We appreciated the transparency and agreed to plain cream cheese frosting with pink and purple sprinkles instead.
Unfortunately, the cupcakes were not what we ordered. They were vanilla with pink food coloring (not strawberry), pretty dry, and the frosting was clearly whipped cream, not cream cheese. We spent $40+ and drove across town for what felt like a completely different product than what was promised.
I appreciate the effort to accommodate us on short notice, but it’s disappointing that there was no honesty or heads-up about the changes. We would’ve understood if they’d just been upfront.

I sent them a reference photo, and they made it *look exactly like it*—even cuter in person! 💖 The pink frosting, pearl details, and cherries were all perfect. It was the *show-stopping centerpiece* of my whole birthday setup.
But what really surprised me? It wasn’t just beautiful—it was hands-down the **tastiest cake I’ve ever had**. Moist, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweet. Everyone at the party was raving about it!

The staff were super nice and the pastries were so affordable! We got 2 napples, 4 conchas, an elephant ear, and a guava pastry for $10! Everything was under $2 each 😮 And the pastries were so delicious and so fresh. This bakery is just a mile or so from the California Hotel and has its own free parking lot. It’s a great alternative when you want something sweet but you’re tired of ice cream. 100% I would come here again the next time I’m in Vegas, I wish I could’ve brought my dad!
