California Fish Grill

It's sucks having to leave this review because I love this restaurant but the clam chowder I don't recommend. Every time I order it, I get less and less clam and when I pay $3 for shrimp I only get 2 prices cut in half, if that. I appreciate Devon the general manager reaching out to me to remake the order but the remake was worse. I called on 7/13 at 5:37pm and she said come in to get it made. We got there 6:12pm waited for about 20mins. The store manager didn't come out to greet me or say anything, and we each had only one piece of shrimp this time around.

Service and the way they do things it’s like everybody’s doing there job with no direction my order was never placed waited 30 minutes for 2 fish and chips orders were 15 minutes apart cooked rushing too make up time didn’t let the fish to drain out properly resulting in my containers melting and my fries soaked in oil really disappointed.

Great deal for fish and chips. We always get the 3 piece fried fish w an extra piece to split.

California Fidh Grill id great for fish. Do far our best place to eat.

I was disappointed the Coconut Shrimp dough was still moist on inside but overall the Giant Shrimp with Beans and rice was excellent!

Food was good. The place is unorganized from the beginning. Kiosks are ridiculous. Such a waste of time. So many employees having to come over and assist. Can’t pay with cash, have to give telephone number. I don’t want a bunch of texts to order 1 lunch. The manager barking at untrained employees. What happen to a few days training before you hit the floor working? To go orders sitting on counter , getting cold waiting for a plastic bag. I finally went behind counter & told them I was grabbing my meal. So much confusion.
Why can’t you have one person taking orders & money, the other in the dining area and the manager being the expo? That’s the way it’s been done for 50 years and it actually works
Although I loved the food, I will not be back. Way too much competition in Boca Park, to have to watch chaos and an unorganized business.

Amazing experience. The workers were extremely nice and caring. The food was BOMB like the dynamite shrimp... see my flow? Yeah, it was good ... The fish n chips is overrated for me, but my Dad says it's better than Gorden Ramsy Fish and chips lolz , you gotta try it to judge it. The catfish is amazing. The atmosphere is good. But they show piping at the stop. Vincente and Maggie ask for them they are extremely nice.

I ordered online and they missed many items. They probably were busy

I love their Brussels sprouts, they are my favorite side dish. I ordered it today because I was craving it so bad due to my pregnancy, but my Brussels sprouts today were too salty, I tried to have a second bite but too bad that I can’t, way too salty.

Went for Taco Tuesday. Tacos were marginal at best. Salmon was overcooked a d grilled fish was very fish tasting. Too much sauce!
