This place is a new favorite for me!!!!
I absolutely LOVED my experience and will certainly be coming back on my next trip to Vegas.
The fish tastes so fresh and was very nicely seasoned. They had soooo many options and all of it looked so good, it was really hard to make a choice!
I ended up getting the grilled Mahi Mahi plate, Cajun styled, paired with grilled zucchini, and I upgraded my other side to their roasted Brussels sprouts.
The Brussels sprouts were also a huge highlight for me! Crunchy yet also full of flavor.
Additionally, I got their mango juice which was absolutely delicious. It really completed the meal for me!
All in all such a positive experience!!!
Wonderful flavors. Chill atmosphere. Minimal but great service. I will be ranting and raving about this place for a while! :)

Wow, this was our first experience dining at the California Fish Grill and it was awesome! By far the highest quality and tasting fish I’ve had in Vegas! Yep, even better than the fancier restaurants. This was worth the price and I am so glad it is near us. We will be back!

Great food. Really excellent. We had the Mahi Mahi plate and the fish and chips. The Mahi Mahi was served as three smallish, thin filets that were cooked perfectly. I could have easily eaten twice what was served, but for lesser appetites it would have been just enough. The flavor was excellent, seasoned perfectly, and very very fresh. The fish and chips was far more substantial, with three much larger fillets encased in a thin and very crisp batter. Again the fish (Cod? Haddock? Who cares?) was super fresh and cooked perfectly. The sides we had were regular fries, sweet potato fries and Brussels sprouts. Fries were crisp and tasty. But the sprouts - oh man, the sprouts...amazing. I mean, unlike anything you'd expect at this price level. Honestly, I'll come back just for the sprouts. I might never order a different side here. I might order these by themselves and to hell with the fish. Well, no - but almost. That good. Really. Seating here is limited, so you might have to wait if you want to dine in which, in any seafood scenario, is vastly superior to take-out or delivery. That's it, kids. This place is a must.

I love this place! Every time I go, I either get the Mahi Mahi plate or the Sockeye Salmon (Cajun style for both, my boyfriend likes both Cajun and garlic butter) plate with rice and kaleslaw. I don't even like kale, but it's so good! The fish is always extremely fresh, and all the sides are great.
What makes the location I go to (far Northwest) even better are two amazing employees, Tesha and Gwen. They're always extraordinarily nice, friendly, warm, and happy while still remaining professional. I love it when they are there! They're awesome.
Alexia and Luis are also amazing, for the same reasons Tesha and Gwen are!
I go to California Fish Grill a lot for take-out and the orders are always 100% correct.

Unfortunately there is a very racist mom, when we ask if there is someone who speaks Spanish she gets upset. We have only had bad experiences with her, the other managers are very friendly
