Grilled Kalbi and crispy fried pork chops were ono (delicious)! Kalbi meat was tender and the Kalbi seasoning was perfect. The crispy fried pork chops was tender with a crunchy coating. It also came with a ponzu-like dipping sauce which made the pork chops even better. The rice was too hard, kind of like fried rice style. Kim Chee was good. The restaurant is in the California hotel and the service was excellent. All the staff there were really nice and so courteous. If you’re in Vegas you should try this place.

I have crave for saimin. It’s my first time to have fried saimin; I asked for side of broth. My friend ordered galbi. Both are so good. Staff are friendly too.

Excellent food. The 4.1 rating definitely isn't accurate. This place should be at least 4.6. It's not a fancy place, but it's clean, great service, super friendly staff, excellent food, and the price is incredibly reasonable. Huge portions. I could only finish half of my plate. Seems most of the negative reviews are from people expecting a food establishment to be something other than what it's meant to be, which is a place to eat food.

Awful food
$17.00 for noodles with vegetables
This place reminds me of the little shop in Hawaii where I had a wonderful dish of Ramen noodles. Perfectly done. And big. Couldn’t finish it all.
I wanted Asian in the Fremont area, and since I haven't been to California Noodle, we decided to dine here. Service was good and the workers were all friendly.
Food:
Oxtail Stew
OG Poke Nachos
I noticed looking at photos that the rice that comes with the stew had furikaki. Whew! I like plain rice with my stews so I ordered it plain. The stew was ok. The Oxtail was definitely tender. It came with 3 bones and the stew was ok. Something was missing.
The Poke Nachos were huge!!! Good portion of Poke and won ton chips. And the drizzled sauce was equally as delicious. I enjoyed every bite, and I would come back just for this.
Overall, the menu selection looks delicious, and I want to try more.
Good enough for a meal only if you are very drunk or super tired would not suggest this place if you are looking for a meal to remember or a date or anything special. Limited menu, should be a last resort option. Staff are nice enough and place is quieter if that's something you are thinking of doing.
Had an incredible experience. Great food with huge portions. Service was exceptional.
Worst place for local Hawaii people. Don’t be fooled by the sign that says they accept the meal coupons. 3 people payed $40 for the meal. The guy walked away with our cash and didn’t return with change. We were over it and gave up. DO NOT DINE HERE!

This has been the best noodle house we’ve been to hands down! The service is very friendly, the food is fresh, and the atmosphere laid back and pleasant. If we come back to Vegas again we definitely will be coming back to this amazing restaurant!

The Noodle House is a well-run establishment where we had a delightful experience. With a group of eight, we received prompt and friendly service. The staff assisted us in selecting dishes, taking into account the diverse flavors of Hawaii. I opted for the barbecue pork slices as an appetizer, which were absolutely delicious. For my main dish, I savored the flavorful fried (Saimin)noodles. This meal brought back memories of dining in Hawaii. A big thank you to the hardworking staff at the Noodle House for providing us with a wonderful experience. It's something I truly miss now that I live on the mainland.
Wheelchair accessibility: My father utilized the scooter parking facilities efficiently, allowing for seamless access to the table. The compact space was effectively utilized to ensure a smooth experience.

Recommended dishes: Ox Tail Fried Saimin, Kalbi, Fried Wonton
Save your money and eat at Aloha Specialties or the Market Place Cafe. The food at the Noodle House was horrible.
Kalibi rib plate, there was so much char on it, it was like licking a grill grate. It might have tasted okay if the grill wasn't so dirty.
Spicy garlic chicken, was fried in old oil and burnt. This should have been thrown in the trash, not my plate.
Oxtail stew, Luke warm with cold spots in the oxtail itself. Clearly a day or 2 old fresh out of the refrigerator.
Steam rice that was crispy and no Kim chi.
My husband observed the manager picking his teeth and then garnishing plates to be served.
Saimin was good.
Server was pleasant and accommodating.
Very disappointing meal.
