Delicious food. Really enjoyed the queso fundido, as well as the tacos. A bit pricy, but not unusually so for the Strip.

We went in over an hour before they closed, waited probably 25 minutes for drinks and then another 10 for only one of our appetizers to come out. The server never came around to even ask for our dinner orders and then by the time we did come back around he said it was last call before closing. Such a poor performance for a place on the strip on a Friday night. We ended up getting dinner somewhere else and even as locals will probably never be back

Wait times were extremely slow- 45 minutes to get a table when we were told 25 minutes- waited over 1 hour to get food once we sat downManager came over and gave us chips and guac. But not sure what happened with our order. Other tables around us that sat down after got their food before us

This place was incredible for our stay at the Venetian. I ate here twice. I got the chicken enchiladas the first time. And the chicken quesadilla the second time. Both were on par with some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. The green rice was probably my favorite part. The service was also incredible. Our hostess Larissa said she was new but took care of our huge table with perfection, patience and kindness. We were a little worried about how the happy hour drinks were going to taste because they were so cheap but everyone loved them. I would recommend sitting at a table next to the canal because I loved the sound and look of running water while I was eating. However some of our party didn't like listening to the singing while we ate. So it depends on who you are. I will make a point to come back to this place even if I'm not staying at the Venetian.

Perfect date night, my gf and I made reservations and we're seated by the water which was awesome and beautiful. We were both starving after a day of travelling, started with the taco sampler which was perfect and tasted fresh. I had the Ahi Tuna and a side of enchiladas, both were very delicious. My GF had the carne asada steak which tasted good but slightly overcooked. Overall the service was pretty good as well

Went out with some coworkers and ordered carne asada tacos. I received a steak and pork rind dish instead but it looked better than the tacos so I stuck with it. The food was good. Between the dish and chips and salsa, I was surprised with the quality. The atmosphere was decent as you could hear the gondolas on the water and the singing that accompanies the ride or you can people watch around the mall like environment.

I must start off by saying the food is way better than the last time I ate here. ! The guacamole had good flavor and the chips were warm and fresh and crispy and the salsa was tasty with a little spice! I had the braised beef enchiladas, they had good flavor and the black beans were good and the cilantro rice had good flavor as well! Our server was very nice and courteous! Cheers to the new cooks for adding better flavor to the food ?

A mixed bag really. Food was decent but service while friendly was a bit awkward at times. The server was unsure of the wine we ordered and brought champagne glasses and was then unsure how to remove the cork. A little strange! Really enjoyed the setting by the 'canal' and we certainly had a few laughs together over dinner!

A group of us went to Cañonita at the Venetian for a birthday celebration. Several individuals in our group shared the same birthday so it was time to celebrate. We were immediately seated at a group table and the Cañonita staff proceeded to get us seated, provided drinks and gave us an overview of their menu. Martin who was our waiter was outstanding and always had a smile for us! He made great recommendations on the specialty dishes of the house after getting us drinks, and salsa and chips. Our meals were served quickly and everyone thought the food was cooked exactly as we wanted and tasted great. Martin continued to check on our table and brought over special drinks on the house for the two of our group celebrating a birthday. After our main course was done, he brought over to the birthday people churros complete with candles which was enough for the group to share in celebration. This was a first class meal and a great experience for everyone. I highly recommend you go to the Cañonita and see Martin when you're in Las Vegas!
