Capital One Café

We had such a wonderful time here. It was my first time visiting the Las Vegas lounge and I was very impressed. All the stuff were very friendly, and a massive shout out to one of the managers Yu Heng (aka jack) who made our stay extra special.

I've been a Capital One customer for over 20 years. This has been the best interaction thus far since being a customer. Bekka was welcoming, friendly, and was eager to assist us with our banking needs. This was our 1st time at this location. She informed us of all the services provided there including how to acquire space for meetings. She helped us by walking us through the Capital One App on how to change our debit card limit. She then showed us how to use the ATM. She asked what brought to the area. She was able to speak to her surroundings and she gave great insight on the community. She then walked us out, and sent us off with a big smile. We are relocating to the Las Vegas Area, Bekka has exceeded my expectations and set the standards high for my future interactions with Captial One.

My first time at the capital one cafe, and was instantly impressed . When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Greg. He made me feel so welcomed. I was unaware of what the cafe was, he educated me on all the things the cafe does as well as all the capital one products. I am a remote worker so I will make sure to come back to work as well as enjoy the half off drinks when I use my capital one card. I’ll will be sure to come back again soon.

One of my new favorite airport lounges and I am a long time Centurion lounge fan and this one completely embarrassed that lounge in LAS. Amazingly well done food in single servings, great bar program and tap non alcoholic selections. Light bright and airy - love the whole to go setup, true value. If they had a bigger network there would be no reason to hold an Amex platinum which has far worse value point wise - much less the annual fee comparatively. Also the Centurion lounge bathroom situation was a joke at least for men, two stalls and one urinal. Capital One had 6 gender neutral restrooms very well appointed and clean. Capital One - please open a lounge in SFO so I can drop by platinum - if all your lounges are to this quality bravo to you - and the team there was very warm and hospitable, I felt valued as a card member.

Poor customer service. I was not given the option to buy a pass like I was expecting. I was told my card wasn't the right one (venture one) and I couldn't use the lounge.

I am new to lounges so I didnt understand the process and rather then offered to have me pay they just told me no.

Amazing I hope all there locations will follow. Great staff thank you for the amazing tour and information.

This was my first time in a Capital One lounge at an airport. I usually visit Sky clubs out of lack of another option, but honestly this lounge blows most of those away. It was clean, modern, and the staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed the food layout of individual portions vs. the standard buffet and premium drink options both alchohol and non-alcohol. If there were more at airports I frequent I would cancel my Amex.

It is about time I reviewed this café. It’s one of our favorites because we are capital one members so we frequent the one at our home all the time but this particular one every time we’re in Las Vegas we stop by just because it’s in fashion mall and just because we stay in Crockfords yearly, which isn’t that far away so every year we’ve always stopped here to take a breather, get out of the heat and relax. Really love this location. People are extra nice especially yesterday, the person taking our order was very kind very helpful very accommodating. Just really can’t say enough good things about capital one café and banking at capital one. I’m picky with my Matcha, but somehow they’ve got my order right this time so it hit the spot yesterday. It cooled us down gave me the caffeine I needed for the rest of the day. I almost always get my Matcha latte. No ice with couple of pumps of vanilla and this time. no different. They made it pretty good. It’s pretty strong. Really enjoyed it. Restrooms need a code to get in. It was OK could be cleaner other than that I love how relaxing it is here and accessible. It is inside the mall. I love the little freebies they always give. Yesterday was a magnet to attach to your phone where you can hold cards and stuff while last time it was luggage name tags lol things like that just makes a really fun and great stop and rest place. Keep up the good work.

Coffee was free because I’m a capital 1 cc member. However coffee taste was meh. Also person helping me get my free coffee was talking so fast and wanted in my instagram account to get the free coffee. Trying not to complain but 🤷‍♂️

I’ve been a Capital One client for many years and it’s reassuring that we have a physical location for our banking needs. The space has nice layout, friendly staff, and ample space to sit and relax. There are ATM in the back room where you can make a cash payment on Capital One credit card account and the funds are available within minutes. Another perk is the 50% off discount on great tasting Verve coffee drinks and other promotional specials when available. Keep up the good work!
