Long lines, not worth the price. As someone who was called to jury duty it really eats a hole in your pocket.

Bought 2 sandwiches- added double meat because it was mostly bread the first time I ordered. Drove 20 minutes to pick up when the online order said it would be ready. The first time we ordered had to wait 40 minutes more but we decided to try again because the shop just opened in the neighborhood. The 2nd time, had to still wait 30 minutes past the time they said it would be ready- 45 minutes in all for 2 sandwiches. This time the meat was not doubled despite paying for it and there was no cheese. It was too far to drive back and wait all over again. Sent a message to them on their website and got an autoreply that they would respond in 2 business days. 13 days later, no response. I hate do bad reviews for local shops because we have few options but I cannot recommend them. Picture is what was supposed to be double meat

The Waygu French Dip is Stupppidddd! Good. The Dipping Juice should come in a 16 Oz. Container because you will want to drink it by itself. Get the large so you won't regret not having leftovers later!!!

Attempted to order here when it opened it at 930. Was turned away by an employee named Chelsea. She told me to come back in 30minutes. I returned at 1020 and a nice gentleman asked if i had my order taken, I told him no. He then asked Chelsea to take my order because he was busy making sandwiches. Chelsea told him to finish his sandwiches and then I could have my order taken... he still had 6 more sandwiches to make. Chelsea was not behind the counter during my second interaction, she was in the seating area. She was unprofessional and did not have any customer service skills. I've been dreaming about eating capriottis for months and this ruined my chance. I will not be eating there anytime soon.

The shop is part of the court (justice). That's why you have to go through security to eat here.
The sandwiches are very good.
The store is clean and well maintained.
The price-performance ratio is good.
Recommendation to get good snacks to fill you up.

Ordered a full size caps chopped. To say disappointed doesn't begin to cover it. They put shredded sub Lettuce on the salad (that's not what is supposed to be used) so by the time I got to eat it, it's wilted and soggy, drenched with dressing. Hardly any toppings for a full size salad. The Capriottis in Centennial Hills is WAY better. I paid $20 for this salad (plus drink and cookie). I should've checked my order before I left, so I'm gonna take my part in it, but they won't get another chance.

Some days everything is excellent. Other days there are issues and service is mediocre. Online order pickup procedure (notify the register) is not reliable when you want to pick up your sandwich quickly.

They have the best sandwiches in Las Vegas as far as I'm concerned. I always get the large sandwich no matter what kind it is. That way I can get at least 2 meals out of it. I have tried just about all the different ones they have and have never been disappointed in any of them.
