At first I was a little skeptical about this location because i've never ordered from here before BUT the woman at the register ( i wish I knew her name) was so friendly and helpful (hats off to the cook) this is one of the BEST cheese steak sandwich and coleslaw I've had from all Capriotti's to date (been going for over 20 yrs) & I definitely will be ordering from this location again soon.

They gave me a small pastrami and I paid for a medium sandwich, bad service, will never go to the Nellis store again. $16.00.

My wife and I ordered 2 Philly cheese steaks and picked them up at 2:00 p.m. on 11/29/2025. Generally Capriottis Philly Cheese steaks are so delicious, not so today. This was the poorest quality cheese steak I've ever had. I don't understand how they could put out a product that taste this poorly. I'm almost scared to order from them again. Very very disappointed, $50 dollars down the drain plus a generous tip.

I had stopped going to Capriotti's because it was so inconsistnet across all stores. I decided to stop by this evening to pick up a salad. I ordered the Chicken Balsamic to go. When I got home it was not the Chicken Balsamic; it was a hybrid of between their Black Bean and BBQ chicken. I swear it was one of the employees own creation. It had black beans, corn, tomatoes and crispy onions, etc. So, I called and they told me to come back and they would make it right. So I did. OMG, The second salad had parmesan cheese instead of gorgonzola cheese and an added bonus of tomatoes. I called again just to tell them and said I won't be returning again, but I wanted to let them know. All he said was "OK" and hung up. No apologies. Nothing! I'm done.

They turned the grill off at 7:30. So no one can order food but they close at 8!? Ridiculous!!

It’s not what i expected. Going there for the first time, i didn’t know what they offer, asking for red onions, green bell peppers and ranch in my sandy, and they do not have any of that. I bought 2 wagyu beef medium sandwiches, don’t know how they taste, but they sure know what to overcharge. Wow that was waste of money

It was my first visit to Capriotti‘s. The flavor of the sandwiches was great. We had the pastrami. My husband has been going there for many years. He was really disappointed in how the size of the sandwiches have changed and gotten smaller in regards to the meat and fillings inside…He said it was drastically different than the last time he’d been there. We may give it one more try, but will not return with the price increases with the sandwich being so much smaller.

My turkey club had more lettuce than turkey. The cheesesteak tasted like they put a ton of pepper on it . Capriattis is going downhill
