A damn hair in my food

It was my first visit to Capriotti‘s. The flavor of the sandwiches was great. We had the pastrami. My husband has been going there for many years. He was really disappointed in how the size of the sandwiches have changed and gotten smaller in regards to the meat and fillings inside…He said it was drastically different than the last time he’d been there. We may give it one more try, but will not return with the price increases with the sandwich being so much smaller.

One time I ordered a meatball and a steak sandwitch. I got 2 meatballs.
The next time I received a steak sub with NO Mushrooms.

Always fresh, always delicious
Make sure it's what you ordered, I asked for no slaw on the capistrami and it seemed like there was extra, I scraped it off. Happy Birthday

I order 2 small sandwiches and a medium they were all the same size so don’t pay for a medium sub cause ur just paying more the smalls out the same size I got the chicken cheesesteak and impossible cheesesteak and Italian & charged almost 15 for the same size

Pretty good Philly
Came around 8:20pm and was the girl who was working was soo rude. Couldn't inform me that the store was closed. But the open hours says 9pm Monday thru Friday! Decided to go to another capriottis.

The guy named tim needs to be fired!! Very rude and disrespectful i called in to ask about a few newer sandwhich and his response was he doesn’t have time to pick my sandwhich for me and basically wanted to be done with me very unprofessional and rude
