I ordered online before I arrived. It wasn't quite ready when I got there but it didn't take long once I got there. The woman was pleasant and made sure I had enough Au Jus for my sandwich. We ordered a MEATBALL 🧆 SUB, AN ITALIAN SUB AND I tried the new WAGYU FRENCH DIP. 👎🏼 We'd reorder the meatball and Italian but I would skip the WAGYU one. I should've stuck with my tried and true BOBBIE. 👍🏼 Their website only mentions limited drinks but fortunately, they have more fountain drink options when you arrive.

Order 3 sandwiches from them, very disappointed in the quality 2 of the sandwiches was burnt to heck and back and the Bobbie had stale dark meat turkey and we found some small bones, bread was hard...we called back and the person on duty when order was placed had a attitude.

First time going to this location and have to say so disappointed. Two girls with the biggest attitudes, we were the only customers and they were working on an online order, we tell them to take their time since we didn’t know what we wanted yet. Once ordering she was mumbling as well with not letting us know about the combo when we asked to make our LG Bobbie a combo she said “ we don’t do that” then walked away without giving our drink untill it was ready. Again we were the only people inside. Eveytime I’ve gone to a caps they been the friendly people but this time felt like I was an inconvenience to them.

LOW QUALITY FOOD AT CRAZY HIGH PRICES. If your going to charge extremely high price atleast make an attempt to provide a little bit of quality.

Last time I come to this place. The prices are crazy for a sandwich so I figured it must be good. The only thing they offer that comes close to a real sandwich is $25. I can't justify $25 for just a cheesesteak sandwich NO SIDE NO DRINK?? SERIOUSLY?

I still wanted to try it so I got the medium when they handed it to me I thought they forgot to put it in the bag. It was wondering where the rest of the sandwich was???

So if the prices don't blow your mind wait till you try it. HORRIBLE!! Wow you have to be kidding me did I just get ripped off right in front of my face! The meat over cooked the bread is old and getting tough sauce is so thick and taste old from jar thats been sitting. What mess!

They seem to put on a nice store appearance and have an extensive menu but the food quality is so poor and bottom of the barrel. I would assume to save money but wow they go to extreme money saving here.

THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY HARD EARN MONEY.

Ordered a large cheesesteak and a large capastrami. Got home and both sandwitches looked and tasted like someone opened the pepper shaker and dumped them out to build these sandwitches never in my life have i ever had so much pepper in one bite of food. It also said 15 min i drove from home went shopping at smiths accross the street then came in and still sat for 20 min waiting for my pepperwitches absolutly unaccepatable for 60 dollars in sandwitches to be absolutly inedible

I didn't know it was possible to mess up a sandwich. Ordered the grilled I Italian and it tastes like dog mush. The manager was nice enough to refund us. We're disappointed as this location is new to our new home.
