Went to this location with my boyfriend to get a sandwich. When we arrived, we were greeted by a polite gentleman named, Anthony. He answered all of our questions and accommodated our needs. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding! Definitely will be visiting this location again!

I was surprised that the sandwich lacked corned beef in it. It has been a while since I had one, and I was disappointed . Hope you can improve this concern.

I ordered a large cheesesteak sandwich with everything - no hot peppers as I'm allergic!
When I got home, I took a bite out of the sandwich and had hot peppers in it.
When I called the store to report it, they requested I bring the remainder of the sandwich back and they would replace it with a Bobbie, at my request, to avoid any chance of a repeat order. I brought it back and they checked what was left and told me there were no hot peppers and would only give me a medium sandwich to replace it. When I said that, just because they didn't see any, doesn't mean there weren't. I know what I tasted!!! So much for customer service!!!
Whatever you do, don't eat here!!! This is not the 1st time I've had an issue but tried to be fair and give them a second chance. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This review is not for the food itself; this review is for the amazing service I had today. If your store gives employee of the month, or incentives please give Ms. Laura one ! She deserves to be employee of the month. I came today to get a cole turkey, and some grilled cheese for the kids. I was early but when my food was handed over I still was told I’m sorry for the wait. I had only waited a couple minutes. Then to my surprise I got home, went to eat and realized though the outside said CT xtra slaw, it was a Philly w/ extra hot peppers! I went back to the store, and was helped again by Ms. Laura, she asked me what was wrong immediately; and got my order fixed right away! She then offered me a bag of chips, a drink, to which I responded no thank you. She then offered me any kind of compensation, and when I declined she still handed me over a cookie! I could see how this young woman actually cared about my concern, and wanted to make sure she fixed the situation & turned into a happy one! Meanwhile the manager was next to the cooler, and didn’t acknowledge the issue. Maybe it’s time for a job swap! Because she is MANAGEMENT MATERIAL! Thank you again Laura!

Ok so I ordered 5 sandwiches for my team for lunch all of witch where as is... EXCEPT ONE the staff was told several times that the largest sandwich would have NO MAYO (as the person who the sandwich belonged is allergic.) After returning to work I realized that it's had mayo on it?. After calling to inform the staff of what had happened (so they could have the replacement ready) I was told to bring the old sandwich back and it would be replaced. Once I got back to the store the sandwich had not even been started yet and after taking the old sandwich back one staff member thought it would be a good idea to make jokes about "blowing my buzz" ? SIR I HAVE A JOB I SHOULD BE DOING. DONT START PLAYING GAMES WITH ME. NOT COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.?
