Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Ordered a bobby. Really stingy with the meat content. I felt like I was eating on bread and mayo only. 14 bucks for that meal. Will never eat at another caps again.

Capriotti's on Charleston has always been a convenient stop for a quick bite, but my recent visit on September 19th at 1:30 pm left me with serious concerns. The overall atmosphere was already off, starting with one of the employees—a white guy with tattoos who seemed to be giving his coworkers shady looks. Something about his demeanor just gave off bad vibes.

What’s worse, my dad got extremely ill after our meal, which really makes me question the cleanliness of this location and if the guy had an offset look on purpose. I’ve since heard that the guy with the tattoos doesn’t wash his hands, which only adds to my suspicion. Needless to say, we won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness and safety when they’re dining out. Years here, will never return. Uninstalled the app, and I’ll make sure I spread the word.

David is my man. He always helps me and wife with the chicken steak sandwiches. He the most professional person ever Capriottis is the Greatest sandwich maker and David should be it's next floor manager. Because he acts the part already. Thanks always David.

We've been customers of this location for over 5 years. I WAS UNAWARE OF THE EVENTS below UNTIL my husband told me this morning. This store is apparently under new ownership now.
Yesterday a worker handled our sandwiches without washing his hands!! He was MOPPING THE FLOOR, SET THE MOP AGAINST THE WALL, THEN BEGAN TOUCHING AND HANDLING OUR SANDWICHES! AFTER eating the sandwiches BOTH my husband and I began to not feel well. We are fine this morning. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

I placed an online order at this location and my order was wrong. I do online ordering to make sure there is no communication error. I orders a sandwich with no mushrooms and no onions. Simply meat cheese and bread( I'm boring, I know). My hungry self didn't pay attention to the location, and this store ended up being 20 minutes from me. Oh well, that's totally on me!! I get to the store and get my foods. I go to the car, and since this store was a bit from my house, I just checked the food just incase. There was like a big sliced red pepper or tomato, and then a big onion I'm guessing. I'm not honestly sure what it was but it definitely wasn't the wagyu meat or white cheese. There was a girl who asked what did they forget, I just unraveled the sandwich I brought in with me and showed here, I said I'm not sure what this is but I did put down in the app no veggies. She asked if I wanted to keep the sandwich and she would remake it for me, I said oh okay sure! She goes to remake the sandwich and then someone in the back literally yells out "what's wrong with it?" I can't hear after that but she walks up to me and takes the sandwich out of my hands after the other girl just told me to keep it. She I swear to god was wearing black TIGHTS. Not pants, see through tights. The workers were all slumped, eyes faded. No one was there and still messed up an order. This store is not okay and someone needs to do a check in on them. It's totally my fault ordering there when I have 2 that are closer, but this store is wild. After a 20 min drive and then another 10 waiting on the new sandwich, thanks but never again.

Had a great experience here. Very clean, professional, and pleasant. The masseuse listened to me as far as the level of pressure to apply and where I needed attention.
