The service and the way they make their sandwiches for delivery orders is just awful. This is my 3rd order through postmates for 2 cheese steaks with everything on it the postmates options allow and I get just meat and cheese. I have the order receipt and my order was placed correctly but did not receive my correct order. This time my order# 5DC84. I am switching to either the Blue Diamond or Silverado Ranch locations. Honestly this location was just for convenience since you are down the street. Avoid this location if possible.

I just received an order from here and that chunk shown is bone. The pen was added for scale. How are these sandwiches assembled if nobody noticed a chunk of bone that size? I've had Capriotti's in various places around the country and only one other occasion like this with a substantially smaller bone chunk. I won't be back to the Southern Highlands location, if at all.

I haven’t ordered from here in a couple years because of issues. Happy to say it has improved greatly. I got delivery and my sandwich was prepared correctly. The Bobby with extra meat since I know across the board all of their shops skimp on the meat. It was delish and I got tender meat that was not dry and jerky like in the past. I’m glad I took another chance at this location.

This is one of the best sandwich shops in the area! You can tell they really care about the quality of food they serve and the service they provide. I have tried numerous locations of Capriotti's and will drive out of my way to come to this location. Keep up the great work!

The quality of sandwiches you get here is the worst I've ever experienced. We paid $47 (plus tip) for a half Bobbi and a large cheesesteak. The Bobbi was normal size portions and what we're accustomed to, but the cheesesteak was given to us on a bun that wasn't much larger than a hot dog bun. The contents were so lacking it was laughable, knowing how cheap and stingy they were (or have become) on their portions. For this type of quality and price I will definitely never go back to this location again.

Best. Sandwhich. Ever. I love this location. The owner is exceptional. One time my sandwhich was wrong, the owner came over and remade it to perfection. It was the best sandwich I’ve had in my life. This location has earned my loyalty forever. I come here weekly now to get my Bobbi.

Super disappointed I ordered 1/2 soup 1/2 salad. This location does offer clam chowder. But when ordering online to pick up that option is not advertised. I put in the notes CLAM CHOWDER. Because I know they never read the notes I head to the restaurant as fast as possible because I don't want them to waste a cup of chicken noodle. When I arrived the guy in the front was very nice and assured me, he did not see the note. He walked back and spoke to a lady who seemed annoyed. When I got back to my office, I noticed that the cups were only 1/2 full. My office always wants the clam chowder and this location always has it it would be so much better if they just gave the option online. side note we did order 2 cups of chowder and they were both half full.
