Super disappointed I ordered 1/2 soup 1/2 salad. This location does offer clam chowder. But when ordering online to pick up that option is not advertised. I put in the notes CLAM CHOWDER. Because I know they never read the notes I head to the restaurant as fast as possible because I don't want them to waste a cup of chicken noodle. When I arrived the guy in the front was very nice and assured me, he did not see the note. He walked back and spoke to a lady who seemed annoyed....

The Philly steak from here is really great sandwich, today when we went my gf got the Bobbi which is her favorite, she loves the thanksgiving flavor. I tried it for the first time it was really good. As usually I got a large Philly steak as they never disappoint. Thanks again, the service was fast and good too

Came 15 min before closing and I didn't realize it. I felt bad but the staff was really welcoming. They helped me figure out what sandwich I wanted as this was my first time at Capriotti's. I loved the sandwich. Very quick service too!
