The taste of the food is great, the only complaint is about the bread, which is always saggy and not crunchy at all. This is a common complaint also from friends and family members.

I am from Niagara Falls, N.Y. and you wouldn't know it but they make some of the best cheesesteak subs in the world. Anyways, when I moved here in 1997 the one place you could always count on to make a great cheesesteak sub in Las Vegas was the original Capriotti's on Sahara by the Las Vegas Strip. These days, I order Cap's every once in a while to see if they have gone back to their roots making Las Vegas' best cheesesteak sub and they are always good but not great. I am happy to say that today at the Downtown Summerlin location I finally got that quality & taste again with the super fresh bread, and melty cheesesteak Greatness! Brought me back to my roots back in Niagara Falls & the first Cap's location in Vegas. Thank you to the morning crew on Thursday, Feb 5. My day is going to be great because of you!

Depends on the location you go to and the employees on shift. One day can be a fantastic experience, while the next is terrible. It’s really on and off, often times my order is wrong too. Good luck.

I use this location weekly for their catering. My food is always ready on time, perfectly prepared, and the staff is always stellar. They are kind, always in a good mood, and very accommodating (sometimes i ask for help and I know I’m being annoying). I highly recommend this location for lunch/dinner and any catering needs.

This review is not about the food. This is about a man that works their name Brian. I came in to the restaurant, kinda upset today, lot going on in my world.
long story short, this man, a stranger to me, just made me feel so nice inside. . He's a very caring man with a very beautiful, big heart, and I just want his bosses & everyone to recognize him, he's been through a lot himself , but he still out there being kind and going out of his way to make others feel better.
If I was you, I would go in there just to see him. You'd be next to a good guy and You could order some good food.
Tbh there's not that many out there anymore nowadays. That is why I must recognize him and write this review
I pray the Lord gives him everything that he deserves as well as every other one of us.We should all get what's coming to us. Whether it's good or bad, everyone should get what they deserve, but this man for sure has lots of good coming to him, no doubt.
I wish there were a lot more Brian's in the world!!
