Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

It's okay, they didn't have anything that really stood out. The turkey club was fine but a little dry, the French dip was okay but not very flavourful, neither was the aus jus just bland. It was food that didn't taste bad but also didn't stand out. I won't ever have a craving for either item that would make me come back to try something else. I would eat here out of convenience.

I have been coming to this specific location for 3 years. In the last 4 visits my to go order has not been ready or made prior to my arrival or has been made incorrect I don’t know what this new manager is doing to this location but I used to always be greeted and treated with kindness. Now the workers are rude, talking back to customers, and telling me to order a different sandwich if I want to order that I placed because it’s “too confusing” of an order. It’s the same order I’ve been making for 3 years and I’ve never had an issue until the recent manager change. I’m incredibly disappointed as these last few experiences have completely turned me off from going to any Capriotti’s in the future. Lost a years long customer because your employee was rude to my wife and my food is repeatedly messed up or “too confusing” to make when idk what’s so confusing about asking meat to be subbed out for turkey due to dietary restrictions

Great food, nice cashier; but I worked in food industry and I'm 99.9% sure wearing a septum piercing while cooking food isn't permitted. Not sure why someone think it's necessary to wear that while cooking. Probably gets pegged by his gf. Besides that, food made by the other cooks and cashier was good.

I just left Capriotti's , I was totally enjoying my Hot Bobbie sandwich until I bit into the sandwich, and a long hair was in my mouth and was being pulled out of the sandwich I doubt it was from the people making the sandwich as it did not match the workers. It must have been from whoever does the prep work with the turkey or dressing.

My friend enjoyed his soup and chicken sandwich.

This was my second time eating at a Capriott's. I doubt I will eat at one again.

Ben, who took my order, was very welcoming when we arrived and provided suggestions. He was efficient and friendly.

Capriotti's is amazing. The Bobby is one of the finest sandwiches in the sub sandwich market. Unfortunately, it appears that way too many people are purchasing the "Karen'" attempting to blame Capriotti's for everything including but not limited to food poisoning, mouth injuries the national debt, the JFK incident, and they may have even been involved with the Wuhan leak.

They make sandwiches, not curing cancer; give them a break.

I didn’t want it to come to this, but I reached out to your customer service privately, and they have not responded, which brings me to leave this review—especially because my husband’s mouth is still bleeding.

On 8/19/24, my mom visited your store and picked up two sandwiches, one of them being a Bobbie. While my husband was eating, he felt something sharp stab the roof of his mouth, causing him to bleed profusely. It is now 8/21, and his mouth is still bleeding. We’re not sure what was in this Bobbie—a bone or something else—but this is completely unacceptable.

I would have preferred to resolve this privately, but since your customer service has been slow to respond, I wanted to bring this to the store's attention directly.

I literally live across the street from this location .All the guys there are super cool great friendly service and the food is always on point. Last night I noticed a change and its an important one. The bread was different and I hope that was just a temporary as the bread is what makes their sandwiches stand out. Whatever yall did please put it back as it ruined all 3 of my sandwiches
