Gave me the wrong order and refused to remake it since the employee typed it in the computer wrong. Older lady was very rude. Ended up going to the Mexican food restaurant down the way.

Not this sandwich. Minimum amount of meet and cheese. Bread is spongy. Just not a good steaksandwich. Definitely does not look like the picture inside the shop.

I ordered a hot sandwich and they have me a cold sandwich with hot peppers in it. Fine honest mistake. Then I got a toasted one and they gave me a cold one without the peppers!!!! Soo annoying!!! I’m pregnant and was starving so I just ate it but I was so sad because I was excited for the toasted sandwich!!

Ive eaten here a bunch of times never had issues. Ate here last week found a long hair in the middle of my cheesecake after taking a bite, gross but things happen. Order a cheesecake 3 days later and same thing. Probably not a coincidence if youre concerned about food safety don't eat here

Manager had the nastiest attitude because the cashier got my order wrong. He gave me a roast beef and I ordered French dip. Poor kids who have to work under her. Definitely a Karen, lady with the short gray hair. Wouldn't come back just because how rude she was

I've been to many Capriotti locations in the valley and thus far this is the best establishment I've eaten at. My capastrami looked just like the images on the advertisement, the sandwich meat was not pressed down like I get in most places. I should've took a photo, sigh.... Get a sandwich from here and you'll know. DON'T FORGET TO TIP THESE HARD WORKERS

Great little hidden spot. Staff was great on a Sunday night. After staff services a customer you can hear the cashier yell out a message to the others everytime a customer leaves a tip. Not sure if this is an inside thing for them. I was shocked at first like is this what I think. Then it was done to another customer. Seems like depending on the tip the customer leaves. With myself and the other customer it was yelled Gas money. Kids have to make it fun while working I guess.

Thank you for helping feed our wildland firefighters today! Your manager and staff went above and beyond with getting everything ready early and making it very easy to order 135 box lunches. It got flown into the fire by helicopter after our ground crew picked it up from you. We will definitely use your store in the future!

First time I’ve ever got a Philly with no peppers after saying “with everything.” Last time I’m going to this place, every time it’s a mistake and it’s an over priced one.
