I had stopped going to Capriotti's because it was so inconsistnet across all stores. I decided to stop by this evening to pick up a salad. I ordered the Chicken Balsamic to go. When I got home it was not the Chicken Balsamic; it was a hybrid of between their Black Bean and BBQ chicken. I swear it was one of the employees own creation. It had black beans, corn, tomatoes and crispy onions, etc. So, I called and they told me to come back and they would make it right. So I did. OMG, The second salad had parmesan cheese instead of gorgonzola cheese and an added bonus of tomatoes. I called again just to tell them and said I won't be returning again, but I wanted to let them know. All he said was "OK" and hung up. No apologies. Nothing! I'm done.

My turkey club had more lettuce than turkey. The cheesesteak tasted like they put a ton of pepper on it . Capriattis is going downhill

I've eaten caps for years.. but today I ordered a Capastrami and Im not sure what happened.. but it tasted like a completely different sandwich. The pastrami tasted awful.. had the texture of bologna. Probably not going back at the cost of this sandwich.

I ordered ahead of time at 3:30 and set pickup for 5:30. I arrived at 5:30 and they had not started my order yet. The server simply said it’s not ready and to wait until he calls me. Twenty minutes later when it was finally ready I got no apology. The server just set it on the counter called my name and walked away. I’m glad there are other sandwich options nearby.

So I'm glad it was a very good sandwich because it's pretty expensive compared to the competition. I got the Med italian, and it's a big helping. Clean restaurant nice staff
