One of your workers who were assembling my sandwiches on 8/5/25 at 12:15 were leaving racist remarks on my last name. That’s why they’ll never go anywhere from here.

I usually love their sandwiches. Sadly today I ordered the same turkey sandwich I've gotten many times. Today there was barely any discernible turkey on it, ZERO bacon which I paid extra for. The Lettuce while crisp was 3x as much as the turkey on the sandwich

I ordered a cheesesteak with classic with no peppers, as I’m sitting in my car with my food the cook comes running out and says I have the wrong order. I comeback inside for him to make the right order and leave. When I got home I realized that my order was indeed wrong again with pepper. I went to return the sub for my correct order as I have a sensitive stomach and the peppers with the cheesesteak gives me problems. As I went to return the sandwich I was met by screaming from the cook that “noooo you can’t come back” “I already made your food take it” “you stole the last persons order” “you know what you did when I went out to the car for your sandwich”. All these comments were hurled at me as I tried to explain that I ordered a large cheesesteak with no peppers. I ended up leaving the sandwich in the store because he said that I stole it so I thought the rightful owner should keep it and was not going to eat it because of the peppers. As I was leaving the cook taunted “womp womp”. I’ve really never seen actions like this in the restaurant business and will not be returning to this location.

I love Capriotti’s and I frequent this one a lot. Went in to order two sandwiches the gentleman I was dealing with was just rude from the jump. I showed him a 10 redeemable award I had he said it expired on may 25th, today is May 25th. I showed him it in my app he just shrugged his shoulders. Guy could use some manners. I will not be back to this location.

Good experience at this location, they helped with the sizes of each sandwich’s.

Need to be MORE specific that for the cheese steak sandwiches if you don’t pick adds it is bread, meat, cheese, mushrooms and onions. Peppers are not standard and it doesn’t look like the picture. The person who was on the phone when we called to ask about it was really rude and didn’t offer that we could come pick up free add ons if we wanted to correct the sandwich. Will never order from this location again. $75 wasted because the experience from the location sucked.

Their sandwhiches are always the best! I had a classic cheesesteak and a capastrami. The fresh made flavor will blow you away no matter what you order. I was shocked at how good the coleslaw was on my capistrami.... A very nice employee gave me more. Be warned... The large really is quite large but it's tge best deal pricewise. I'd gladly come back here again n again but, sadly, there's none where i live in Arizona. Ask for Sara!

Food is good, I got the hot Bobbie in large, but it seems the circumference of the sandwiches have minimized and the prices have gone way up, $20 or more for the 18” sandwiches…. I went for purchasing capriottis once every couple months to just once a year
