7pm on a Saturday night and it’s carry out only. 4 people working in the store and they closed the dining area? Overall all the place is kind of dirty behind the line and needs a really good cleaning before I’ll eat there again.Parking: Plenty of parking to the side of the store.

Tyvon didn’t bag the au jus sauce correctly and it spilt out, soaked my sandwiches and completely covered the seat of my car, not to mention the sandwich was mediocre and customer service wasn’t phenomenal either. Definitely won’t be going back. I would think paying 15 dollars for one sandwich would equate to it at least being edible. Next time I’ll just go to subway and not have to get my car detailed afterwards.

Update: Andrew and Emily both made it right and proceeded to reimburse my money which will hit my account sometime soon. Emily called me personally hours after speaking with Andrew with an apology. Thank you for the expedited resolution. I see this as an opportunity for growth and development. This evening I ordered two large sandwiches. One was a Wagyu cheesesteak. The other was a Bobby. From start to finish Emily had taken my order and made my order. She had been unpleasant the entire time. After she had finished wrapping the sandwiches, she placed the wrapped sandwiches in a ripped up Capriotti‘s bag, then walked away and called out,”Your order is ready.” When I walked up to the counter to collect the order I noticed how badly ripped the bag was. Annelise was sweeping so before I walked out with the sandwiches I had asked Annelise if I could have a fresh bag. She gave me a fresh bag and I repackaged the sandwiches myself and left. The two large sandwiches were meant to be shared between four adults. When my friend showed me his sandwich, it was almost all bread. So I gathered the sandwiches and it’s remaining and brought it back to the shop. I showed them to Emily and her excuse was that gravity made the meat fall out of my friends sandwich. she blamed gravity for her lack of attention and detail to making a sandwich. There was no mayo in the Bobby either. Annalise overheard everything and came up. Annelise was extremely professional and kind and heard my complaints. Annelise advised me to call Monday to speak with Andrew, the manager, to get a refund for the sandwiches. This entire experience with Emily has shown me why this Capriottis has a three star review, the lowest out of the entire valley. I have provided photos of the very sad sandwiches. I also provided video recording of the conversation. no recordings of anyone’s faces are involved to protect their privacy/identity. Anyone who orders from this place I advise that you check your order before you leave so you don’t have to drive all the way back like I did. Over 45 dollars spent for four people to share, with one friend expected to eat a bread sandwich per Emily’s standard. After speaking to Annelise I threw away the sandwichs in the stores trash bin. A quote that forever lives in my heart is,”The way a person treats you is not a reflection of who you are, but who they are.” Well, Emily showed me a very unpleasant person tonight. I truly hope she finds something more suitable for her that she can enjoy. Annalise was exceptional and had a very professional demeanor. I hope that Andrew appreciates all that Annelies goes through.

Ordered a large French dip. They gave me a half of cup of Ainu. It was a. 25$ order. Was enough for a small sandwich. Never going back!! I don't want to even give them one star.

Ordered pickup got home missing the mash potatoes drove back asked for a refund since now entire meal cold. Young girl was nice but said no offered to remake and food was horrible. Guess I should’ve just cut my losses when the order was messed up. Do not recommend and that’s a shame cause back in DE area where I’m from Capriotti’s is so good. Capriotti’s started there.

Wish I had read the previous recent reviews before going here because they are spot on. Mine and my mother-in-law’s chicken cheesesteaks tasted like shoe leather and were dry as was my husband’s cheesesteak; his was also flavorless. Restaurant tables, and especially the chairs, were so dirty we decided to do takeout instead of eating there. The employees seemed to be unorganized and the food took quite awhile to receive. Carlos, the young man at the register, was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we will not return to this location.

This store is very dirty, and some of the employees look in need of a shower and clean clothes. Never going back.

Tried their chicken cheese steak. Roll was stale, chicken tasted like shoe letter, found a couple of onions and a small piece of cheese. I mean, was this a joke??? I paid close to 20.00 bucks for this?? Not going back.... I used to love Cappriottis and not sure what happened over the past year.

Staff would rather talk amongst themselves than make your food, I watch the staff here have a conversation in an empty store for 5 minutes before beginning to make my sandwich. Thanks for wasting a good part of my 30 minute lunch break. Also $15 for a sub is ridiculous.

I ordered an Italian sub, NO tomatoes, extra provolone and mayo. The sub came with tomatoes, no extra cheese and no mayo. Cookies were very under cooked. Read the order... and accommodate the guest

LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL! it is 8:36PM and they close at 9PM right ? The staff was already closing at 8:36PM ! As i was trying to open the door one of the staff was already locking the door, then as i walk in they tell me that they're close. I mentioned "don't y'all close at 9 pm?" and they are already saying "we'll the grill is already off" like what kind of staff closes their business 30 minutes earlier ? LAZYYYY!!!!!! I'm sure as the manager of this location this would be unacceptable please check your non professional lazy staff.
