Located in the food court of the Red Rock Casino in Summerlin, stopped by to grab a quick lunch while waiting for the fam to finish slots.

Ordered a Cheesesteak sub combo, hit the spot for a quick bite. Salad was in a cup and wasnt that fresh.... A generous 4 stars for a food court restaurant.

I used to eat here ALL the time in Vegas, then I moved and I could only get it when I came to visit. Last time was 6.5 years ago. I have been dreaming of the roast beef sandwhich for 6.5 years, telling everyone how good it was. I finally made it back, ordered a large, my fiance ordered a large, got the kid one. And I couldn't eat it. For one, the bread was no longer slightly crusted, it was flat and did not taste baked fresh, the meat was barely there, and it was a thin sliced and VERY fatty. I swear it is almost 50% fat. I have gallbladder issues processing fats like that. It didn't even taste like roast beef. I barely touched one part of my sandwhich when I just couldn't anymore. I literally had to leave because I was crying. $70 for 3 sandwiches, when that used to be maybe $35 for the same order, and to not be able to eat it has been absolutely devistating after bragging, and dreaming for this for 6.5 years. I am not kidding, everytime I got off the plane to visit, the first stop was the caps by the airport. I would order a large roast beef, and a medium. The medium for right then, and the large for the next two meals. Now I have a large and a half sitting in the fridge that won't get eatten.

Sandwiches are good, but the soda machine could use some deep cleaning. It had mold and soda syrup all around the bottom of it.

I was at caprriottis on w charleston at the red rock casino. And ordered 1 sandwich. And walked to the car and realized there was nothing on the sandwich except meat and bread. So I called and talked to a gentleman and he said ok just come back to the restraunt so I went back 15 mins away and when I got there
I was rudely interduce by a lady named shay who is the one that made the sandwich and she just handed me cold chillys.
And told me there you go.
With a rude attitude and me waiting like 25 mind just for 1 sandwich that was completely out of line..I am sorry but her name was shay..please stay far away from this lady

The service is horrible. The food is even worse! The bread tasted stale and old. The meatballs seemed uncooked and cold. My wife’s “vegan chicken sandwich” was the worst. The appearance of the food when you unwrap seemed horrible. We had one bite and I spat mine out and threw it away. My wife took 3 bites because she was hungry but said it wasn’t good. I told her to throw away. It hurt me to spend $33 on two sandwiches that ended in the trash. Stay away from this place.

Inside the red rock casino food court. They dont have buffalo chicken but they do have a very nice French dip sandwich. Soft bun packed with American wagyu shredded beef. Had a nice cold Pepsi to wash it down. Hit the spot They have 10% off on Wednesdays for seniors. I say check it out.

It’s alright… ordered a Philly cheese and got a whole lot of bread instead of meat and cheese. Also asked for extra meat and cheese and got less than regular amount.

Loves Capriottis, first time ordering in a Casino. Kyle was excellent at greeting me and taking care of my needs. It is wonderful finding amazing people in the service world.

First visit… I had the original cheesesteak sandwich. Although a bit pricey compared to other sandwich places, the sandwich was very good and I’m interested to try other sandwiches. However, this location is very dirty and gross. If the eating area is that dirty, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is.
