We love this place but you should probably update the fact that you guys are closed for some kind of maintenance.
Don’t you guys think you should post online that your CLOSED??? Obviously not because all you did was stuck a sign on the door. Thanks for wasting my break at work!
Ordered online at 1:35 PM for pickup. Website said pickup would be available at 1:53 PM. It is now 2:08 PM and they are just starting my order. Store is not busy. Not a huge deal but the point of ordering ahead is so it is ready when you arrive.

Love Capriottis, a true backeast cheesesteak!
Never been a fan of Capriotti's since they came to Vegas. Wandered in to different locations and it was always lackluster. This location changed my mind. Had the best Capastrami ever, that's been haunting me to want it everyday since. The opening crew on April 8th were polite & helpful. Their efforts were collaborative in preparing all the pickup orders that were coming in & when it was slow they immediately went to clean everything. I hope they're paid what they're worth or I may be back to hire them!
Where's the Meat? We are moving to Las Vegas and we were told to try Capriottis. We went to the store at Serene and Eastern. My wife ordered the cheesesteak and I opted for the large Italian. My wife loved the cheesesteak, but I was extremely disappointed with the Italian. The roll was delicious, but “Where’s the meat”? One thin layer of each meat for $21??? I have had a 6” sub from Subway with more meat. If this is a standard, then I have no reason to go back…not for $21! We’ll try Port of Subs next. I sent the above to their customer support and got the standard form letter reply and offered a free small sub as compensation. I'm not a math major but a free small sub for a disappointing large sub (especially for $21.00!!!) doesn't cut it. My sub looked pitiful compared to the picture on their web site.
