This was the most unwelcoming place I’ve been to. The employees make it known that they don’t want to be there are not concerned about how long it takes to make a sandwich. If I was the owner, I’d fire them all.

Nice upon a time, Capriottis was the best. Not any more. They seem to now be run by bean counters,
Who destroy everything. I just ordered the Capistrami sandwich. Used to be, and t had a good amount of pastrami in it. Now, when I got the sandwich (which cost me $12), it felt light. When I opened it, it had far more cole slaw than pastrami, and was nothing like they used to make. They seem to be adhering to the “higher price, smaller portion” ethos that has infected so many chains. After having been a customer for 20
Years, I won’t be going back. Jersey Mike’s is a bit pricey, but they aren’t making ever smaller sandwiches, Which is what Capriottis is doing.

Ordered the large grilled Italian sandwich. It was one of the best sandwiches ever if not the best. Restaurant is decent and service is perfect. Will be back soon.
