I ordered a Bobbie which tasted great, but found a piece of bone that I bit into. Luckily I ate slowly and didn’t swallow it.

If this was the first Capriottis I ever went to, I would never go back. This is nothing like any other Capriottis that I've been to. I thought they were joking when they gave me my sandwich (if you can call it that), it was on bread roughly the same size as a bread stick at Olive Garden, it probably weighed less than 3 ounces alltogether

I really don’t like this place. In all seriousness I don’t, me and a few others went in here for dinner and ordered a plain Philly cheesesteak. When we got it the person that ordered it noticed that there was little to no filling in the sandwich. When we went to ask them to remake it they brushed it off by saying “you need to add toppings or it’s not going to be full” this was a little rude but we asked for a refund and when we were in the process of doing so, the manager of the establishment said that they had cut down proportion sizes and it was smaller, this wasn’t very believable as I myself had gotten the same thing that this person did and had an abundant amount of filling. Besides that, I went home that night in extreme pain, as my stomach was aching very much, I’m not sure if this was because of this food but as I’m typing this I’m in genuine pain. this was a horrible experience and i do not reccomend

My vegetarian turkey sandwich was ok. My husband got food poisoning from his regular turkey sandwich.

I went there 4 years ago and never left, I've worked there 4 years now. We are the best and busiest Capriotti's in Vegas. We aren't perfect but most of our regulars will say that our sandwiches and our service are both outstanding. Our team strives to give our customers the best food and sevice.

When in Vegas, Capriotti's usually sounds good if I want a sandwich that's filling & fast. This location is about 10 mins from the Strip. Definitely was a great spot to have lunch on our way out from Vegas. Sandwiches are great. I have my usual's, but need to try more. There are several Capriotti's locations. This Shop is small with some tables both inside & outside. Service was good. The gal at the front taking my order was helpful & knowledgeable. Whatever was cook'n smelled great as they were making it. Food was good as we inhaled it while watching "Friends" playing on TV. (This was a couple of days before Chandler's passing :/ RIP). And my BBQ Chicken salad that I took To-Go, held up just in time for dinner. Will be back :D

So I usually get a 18" Bobbie every day off and I love it, until recently, they decided to add "Hot" to the sandwich, meaning they put the turkey on the grill. Sounded ok I guess. When I got the sandwich it's obvious they just put the whole sandwich into the oven and bake it! Turkey is already naturally dry, so I add extra mayo, no problem, but now it's on the verge of chewy! The whole sandwich is dry and warm. Top of the stuffing is crispy. Finally, who wants hot cranberry sauce!? It's a disaster and door dash only refunded me 5$ 40$ order. I tried eating it and after a few bites I'm not hungry anymore. Please stop.

The food is delicious, but the service is absolutely deplorable. I can’t believe this location has been able to get away with the staff they’ve kept and how they communicate with customers.

After years of eating here yesterday January 14 was my first bad experience the two sandwiches I ordered were poor The Italian had very little meat and the tuna which I asked for with oil and vinegar had none.

1 star months ago, zero if i could. Just tried them again and received and ice cold "bobbie". And i mean ice cold. These people just don't care one bit."Coming in hot! The Hot Bobbie takes comfort food to the next level by turning up the heat on the classic Bobbie with grilled slow-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, handmade stuffing, and mayo."Coming in ice cold with a side of attitude!!! Crapriottis dgaf meal.

Vegetarian options: Had the chicken vegan sand which and it was good. Had it twice. I recommend this place the bread was nice and soft. I’ve gone to a lot of sand which spots and this one was def amazing. It’s next to cvs and walking distance from signature mgm hotel.

Do not order from here. My wife ordered delivery here (via their website). She ordered a sandwich and a soup. They didn't even bother delivering the soup, and the turkey on the sandwich was inedible. We called twice and were told a manager would call us back - at the very least about the soup we paid for that we never got. No calls, no refunds, nothing. Save your money - and maybe just get Lunchables from the supermarket. Quality will be about the same - but the price will be a lot better!
