FANTABULOUS service from the 2 young gentlemen that worked the night we were there staying @ Boulder Station❣️❣️ 1 of our group had a severe food allergy & they accommodated ALL her needs, including but limited to fresh food gloves, cleaning off cooking utensils etc, all with a smile, respect, & true caring for the customers' needs ❤️❤️❤️

Had an issue with my order but Zack was quick to address and fix the issues. Both of the night crew members go above and beyond with customer service and they both deserve a raise. It's always busy at this location but they don't get overwhelmed and handle the rush every time with respect and a smile.. favorite vegas capriottis fs.

Cashier was friendly but a little underexperianced, all the prices are double than outside this casino and my basic sandwich ingredients weren't that fresh, the "new" potatoes kinda weird, too hot & lumpy. Meal was below average for 1 of my fave sandwich shops, still the prices won't scare me away as long as the bright cheery atmosphere continues and the staff gets a little more skilled at these dishes.
